Absolutely horribly to reach customer service.
I wanted to just inquire about my membership and make some potential changes considering new gyms are opening up near me.
This is incredibly difficult and their AI website chat bot is very hard to deal with and can not accurately help me and is only there to answer FAQ type questions which makes it absolutely useless. I can not seem to write an e-mail to just have contact with a human if it's outside of working hours (which I am unable to contact them within that time as I have my own work during that time which prevents me from using any form of phone or computer). How am I meant to resolve an issue if I am absolutely incapable of reaching a human that can accurately help me with my question?
All I want is to send an email so they can respond during their working hours as I am incapable of reaching out to them during their hours. This is incredibly useless.

I was harassed by one of the gym members (outside of gym, without proof, becaue he is a predatory)
I left the report ,but it's been over a month since their last reply ,there was no explanation of which actions they took
They put all the burden on me and "talk to front desk staff for reassurance" when they don't even have enough authority to change it
I am the one who is switching time and gym ,not him
He still keeps going to the same time like nothing happened
I have been in emotional hell for weeks, but I realized that I don't matter
It was in trainmore westerpark

The Buitenveldert studio is newly built, so it’s very clean and not too crowded yet, which makes it a comfortable environment to work out in. Although it’s a bit disappointing that there’s no towel service despite being a Red Label location, I’m generally satisfied with most of the facilities.

My gym location @PietHeinkade is fine and has some very friendly staff. However, contact is made extremely difficult if not impossible. You have to waste a lot of time if you want to ask a question at your location. The overall website is customer unfriendly to say the least. Prices are very high, in my opinion.
UPDATE / EDIT
Trainmore asked for more information. All I can say is, what I wrote. Phone number not to be found on website; calling the locations is impossible. Communication with HQ very hard. Only good contact is at the location when you speak to the very friendly staff in person. All other contact: takes up too much time.

Hard to find a employee to talk to via chat on the website but when I found the link to open a chat I was helped quickly and fully.

The gym itself is fantastic — everything is brand new, super clean, and the extra features they offer are really impressive. It's a great space to work out and enjoy your time there.
However, the communication and customer service are seriously lacking. It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone when you have an issue, and the whole process feels unnecessarily bureaucratic. In my case, I submitted a cancellation request, returned my tag, and did everything by the book. But due to a small issue with email follow-up — which was out of my control — I ended up being charged two extra months. No one responded in time, and I was left with no choice but to pay to avoid penalties.
So while I truly loved using the gym, the organizational and administrative side is the worst I've ever experienced. It’s frustrating enough to completely ruin what would otherwise be a five-star experience.
Avoid this gym absolutely scam and there are hidden fees and no customer service available. Throw you hidden payment if you want cancel earlier.
I really wouldn't recommend train more. Take this really serious!
Gyms are good. But The amount of scam that comes from their inflexibility of changing gyms is sick. Even after no longer being able to attend the gym where signed up (Valid reasons). I could not switch their gym, without restarting another full 1 year membership (Voiding my right to discount deals on top). Making it more expensive to switch than to pay for nothing. That's legal robbery.
I have never had any issues with the gym, and the few questions or online help I have needed has been great. Thanks Madelief :)
One of the worst gyms I've ever used in terms of customer service. They try to lock you into a contract saying that you can cancel if you have a medical reason, but then if that happens and you do try to cancel, they are not helpful at all and they're trying to find loopholes to make you stay.
I would advise staying away from this brand - at first they look like they offer a goof price, but their gyms are so run down and they don't care about their customers at all.
I would avoid at all cost
I have been a member for 8 months now. At first I ignored some of the issues, but unfortunately, things are only getting worse and worse. Staff are very argumentative and rude. It seems like they do not get much help or support from HQ, so end up taking their frustrations out on customers, absolutely bizarre. This company will end up failing badly if it does not clean up its act.
the cancellation form didn't work so I had to pay 2 times extra for their website mistake (no consideration for someone that was there for 2 years)
I am very disappointed. I know there are good and bad Dutch companies. This is the worse one. They get access to your bank account and even if you finish or stop with them, they will put their hands and will stole your money. My case: I make a flexible abonnement so I paid 90euro/month and 50euro/membership. I was there once. I didn't expect that they have a DJ so even if you wear headphone the noise is very loud. I didn't want to stay longer. Next day I complete the cancelation form and return the tag to lady on the reception. After a week or so I wrote a message on their FB and I even get a reply that my cancelation was processed and I should wait till 11 June. Guess what? They took from my bank account another 15.54 euro. Scammers.
Avoid this gym dont work there or train there utterly trash and. Throw you hidden paymentif want cancel earlier
1 star for business practice, doing things legally, customer service
5 stars for scamming tho
Honestly, TrainMore feels like a scam at this point. I got hit with an incasso out of nowhere, even though they never sent me the 14-day reminder they’re legally supposed to send under Dutch law. Suddenly I’m stuck with a €40 extra fee on top of owing the “free” 100 days repayment, and the incassobureau is now threatening more costs if I don’t pay in 7 days.
I also asked them to prove that I knowingly agreed to pay back the 100-day “free” promotion if I quit early. They said it’s in the terms of service — but I never saw those, and the link just updates to the newest version. How is that valid?
No one replies properly, no one sends proof, and the process feels completely chaotic and aggressive. I already reached out to ACM, and I’m seriously considering legal help. This whole thing is so shady and stressful.
Be careful — it looks like they rely on people not knowing their rights.
