I love what I bought

I do not understand the negative reviews that have been posted! I have had nothing but positive experiences and everyone who I met from start to finish was very kind and helpful, even after the purchase of my membership I have had so much help along the way! I am still in shock over some of these peoples reviews.

I tried to cancel my membership within…

I tried to cancel my membership within 12 hours after reading reviews. I couldn't. I have called several times trying to cancel, it doesn't get done. I guess I am going to have to cancel my credit card to stop paying the monthly fee! $1800 gone, and $27 a month for several months now. JUST CANCLE MY MEMBERSHIP!!!

Membership Review and Cancellation Nighmare

Membership Review and Cancellation Request

I went to a video membership presentation where they pitched it as a great value but each “free” gift had a $50 activation fee and $199 per benefit (these are not really free as you think, but an added cost and the benefits are not worth the $199). The hotel rates are not even close to the same as what I was quoted in the presentation and I can find the same exact hotel room on the Marriott app for less than half of the price.

I have been trying to cancel this membership for several days and every time I get on the phone, I get transferred to someone else but no one actually solves my problem. They use call-to-action pressure sales and “limited time” price cuts in order to get you to join on the same day. It is false advertising because the membership is nowhere near the value they are touting.

Trimerigo, please cancel my membership and refund me my money. It’s been a week and this should not take multiple follow-ups for such a simple request.

These people are scammers

These people are scammers! cancelled 10mins after signing up because I had time to do research. They keep charging my card month after month and refuse to cancel the account! When I call, they hang up on me and will not refund my money! DO NOT SIGN UP!!!! They have now blocked my phone number!

Used the viator partner part of my…

Used the viator partner part of my membership to book Disney world tickets saved so much doing that only down side I didn’t see the option for multi Park day tickets, but we still made the best out of it

Using my membership with a Tramerigo

Using my membership with a Tramerigo, I was able to call the fulfillment center and book a hotel at the avid for just 80 bucks! Can’t beat that they also offered a complementary shuttle transport from the airport to the hotel and back with a grab and go breakfast. I will say the only downside was that we wanted a hotel with the pool that was in our price range, but we couldn’t luckily they did explain to us that their sister hotel, which was just next door the street had a pool that we were able to access.

i went to a presentation about a month…

i went to a presentation about a month ago and ended up purchasing. I want to start traveling more so i was convinced to purchase. i was very disappointed when I logged in and the prices didn’t stand out to me. i found hotels cheaper on google. i called the fulfillment center to cancel because of how angry I was but they ended up matching the price and they gave me a $50 hotel gift card. i’m very happy with how they handled the situation because i was not happy. I decided to keep my membership.

I had some troubles working the site at…

I had some troubles working the site at first. I called the Tramerigo customer service number and the lady there said she could walk me through how to best use the program. She was helpful in so many ways. I was able to save almost $400 on my 3 day weekend for Memorial Day

I wanted to share about my expierience

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Tramerigo. I initially thought it might be a scam, but after using the link they sent via email to check in, I was pleasantly surprised. After answering a few questions, I was directed to a waiting room for about five minutes before being sent into a presentation with four other people.
Stephen, the presenter, was truly impressive. He showcased numerous deals on the Tramerigo website that seemed almost too good to be true. I ended up making a purchase and have since saved a significant amount of money on flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and even groceries! It's much more affordable than other travel clubs.

$50 just to "activate" the "free" incentive

I attended one of the free webinars, knowing already that whatever service they were providing would be similar to another service I'd been swindled into after attending another similar webinar. Sure enough it was the same thing - wholesale prices for hotels and such then some occasional email flyer with discounted airfare that must be redeemed within a specific amount of time. I said no thank you.
I already knew about the travel costs and fees that come with the incentive and the Tramerigo representative I spoke with also acknowledged those fees. No big deal.
But the incentive isn't "free" at all and in addition to those fees they charge you $50 just to "activate" the "free" incentive. They ask for your credit card number up front before you can even claim the incentive. You have 30 days from the date of the presentation to pay the $50 to collect the incentive, which then expires after 24 months. So I just wasted 2 hours of my life for a $50 "free" gift. Ridiculous.

Owner Ross Golding

Owner Ross Golding, has employees leave good reviews. This is a complete waste of money, you’re booking other people’s timeshares in the weeks section and the hotel discounts are horrible and only at low end hotels. No actual savings and can’t even choose your room type. The fees from the free gift cost more than what you would pay booking on your own. They won’t let you see any paperwork until they have taken payment…..guys avoid Ross Golding and Stephen Eason at all costs. They’ve been doing this a while and you won’t get your money back

Fake reviews below, poor service, not what was promised

It’s interesting that after some bad reviews within a week they have multiple reviews all written the same about how the program is the real deal. We signed up for this program and we have yet to find any discounted flights, in fact they were more expensive and their travel agents just stop responding. Two of their sales reps told us if we want to cancel we can just stop paying so we will see. They do have an amazing sales pitch though.

I ve been using this for years

I’ve been using this for years, and while there was one hiccup with a privately owned hotel that was completely different from its description, Tramerigo came through. After reporting the issue and booking another hotel on my own, I asked if any sort of refund could be offered. By the end of the day, they had reimbursed me in full! Knowing they have my back in situations like this is why I stick with them. I save money on nearly every trip, and I know they’ll make things right if something goes wrong.

Caution!!!

Caution! I bought into this in February 2nd. Within 2 days I requested to cancel. On February 22 I finally spoke to someone after many unanswered emails and was told they would refund my money. As of 3/20 still no refund. I’ve had to file a complaint with my cc company to get the charges reversed but of course I’ve been charged interest on the charge. Terrible experience to say the least.
