I have been trying to exchange my irish…

I have been trying to exchange my irish drivers license since Jan 26. Four attempts to proceed with an exchange each time it is either rejected or no status is shown through the verification link!
I called DGT directly twice the first person gave completely incorrect information and the second operator was so unhelpful and basically just cut me off and hung up when they didn't want to answer any further questions. A really dreadful service that is far more complex than it needs to be.
