Building back confidence in Halversons
What started out as a negative experience ended up leaving me feeling positive once more about Halversons products, why? The swift and courteous response from Jacob Sorensen (Dealer Support Manager) and Tracey Robinson (Sales Office Support) at TranAm Ltd.
Long story short, my replacement Halversons motorcycle jacket which was less than 2 years old developed problem with pocket zips. Despite attempts I couldn’t get them replaced under warranty, as outside warranty period. I contact Halversons Sweden, who referred matter to their UK arm, TranAm. Within 48 hours I received notification from Jacob with a suitable offer, and with 24 hours my new jacket was despatched by Tracey Robinson. Both were extremely helpful and efficient, and if anyone is experiencing problems I highly recommend you deal with TranAm. I shall definitely be dealing with them in the future. Can’t praise these two highly enough.
