I have been using Tranont's supplements for years. Taking "Balance" regularly has made a noticeable difference in my health and immune system. I have had gastrointestinal issues in the past, but now I can honestly say, "Enrich" has allowed me to eat anything I want. The collegian product "Glow" has made a huge impact on my joints and hair growth. I have also had very positive experiences whenever I have called into their Customer Support line. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I would recommend Tranont to everyone!

The Tranont products are in a class of their own! As a person who cares about their health and fitness level at 45 years old, I can tell you that I haven't taken products that have worked as well as Tranont's products. Clean ingredients that your body can actually use that make an impact! I would recommend their products every day of the week!!!

Tranont has been one of the most aggravating companies I’ve ever dealt with, and the problems go way beyond customer service. Their entire system is a mess — from orders and returns to refunds and shipping — and it’s topped off with products that don’t live up to even the most basic expectations.

Trying to cancel an order? Don’t bother. They’ll ship it anyway, no matter how clear you are. Then they act like it’s somehow *your* responsibility to clean up the mess they created. Returns are an exhausting obstacle course of delays, excuses, and copy-and-paste responses. You can practically feel them stalling, hoping you’ll just give up. And refunds — when they finally happen — feel like a miracle.

But the worst part? The products aren’t even worth the headache. For the price they charge, you’d expect quality, consistency, and results. Instead, everything feels cheaply made, overhyped, and underwhelming. Nothing justifies the hassle, and nothing stands out in a crowded market of companies that offer far better wellness products without the drama.

There are countless brands that treat customers with respect and offer products that actually do what they claim. Tranont isn’t one of them. Save yourself the time, the stress, and the money.

I am so thankful to Tranont! I have been on the DHS system for four months and have lost 31 pounds so far and the inches are melting off. I feel fantastic. I’m sleeping better. I’m more focused and have more energy to get through the day. These products are seriously a god send 🤗💛

I began my journey after seeing a friend's transformation. She shares her journey and has never pushed anything. I reached out after observing. I am two weeks in using Activate, Transform, Enrich and MOJO. The only difference I notice right now is my energy level is up and I am not as achy as I was. I am soooo ok with that! I am going to continue and I know the weight will come off. 20 lbs is what I'm going to slay:) (59 years old)

The promises that were given to me in regards to the savings that I should expect are totally false. I had lost the receipt of this company but I have now found it. I would not recommend them to my dog

For people who live in Canada, you have to pay a $11.99 shipping fee with the product(s) you order, regardless how much you purchase. Canada Post lost my order, I contacted both Canda Post and Tranont with the tracking order telling them the app tracking number says its "delivered at ___am/pm on this date." I told both companies I have security cameras and also checked the mailbox and there is nothing.

Tranont says we can't resend your order as it's out of stock however we can replace it with this product OR we can refund you. However you don't get the $11.99 USD refund. Convert $11.99 USD to CDN is roughly $17-$19.

I wouldn't take the risk again as your already out the money in shipping cost regards if they refund you the product(s) price.

Dont waste your money supporting this pyramid scheme. As an accomplished health coach, i could NEVER recommend these products. Researched from 2019 thru 2024.

I gave transform and activate a five month try - although I loved the taste of the drink, I didn’t feel any difference in my body - no increased energy and no weight loss. I have also been using the liquid collagen for the same time period - again, I like the taste but no positive effects in hair, skin or joints. The hair loss after showering was the same as other collagen (cheaper) products. Fell for the hype - expensive trial with no tangible rewards (body, health, energy) to speak of.

I love the product. Works great. Wish the costs were lower.

Tranont is such a SCAM. The people who sell and advertise the products on Facebook even like there own post everytime they post a Tranont post. I had a couple on my Friend list advertise and be in the Business and their trying to push me to be a sells person when I have never tried any of the products. I'm sorry but I will NEVER sell products if I have not tried them myself. When I tell them I can't afford the item(s) there trying to encourage me to buy and max out my credit card or put on a line of credit. 🚩🚩🚩🚩

For starters, their customer service is horrific. Spent close to $1000 on product a few days before they throw a flash sale up for 20% off. I won’t even get into details of how unprofessional the email responses were and the fact that when asking, I had to plead to speak with a manager who in turn basically took the complaint to use for future training of their reps. ??? I also received the commission check that was due to go to the associate I purchased the DHS package with. They told me to rip it up. I have no idea how the product works as it was a gift for family and friends but I will not be ordering from them again solely on poor customer service. Appears like a money making outfit without care for proper or professional customer care support.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Tranont. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, I've received nothing but vague and unhelpful responses. My issue stems from an error in the address provided for my order.

Although I clearly and accurately provided my full address, including confirmation via email, Tranont failed to include the necessary customer code for forwarding the package to my location via a forwarding service, as they don't directly deliver to Malta. Consequently, my package became stuck in another country, and I was only notified by the forwarding company after I had already left my intended destination.

The forwarding company provided evidence that the address was incomplete, yet Tranont has repeatedly failed to acknowledge their mistake or offer any meaningful assistance. Despite my willingness to cover the costs associated with returning and reforwarding the package, Tranont's responses have been dismissive and evasive.

After five frustrating exchanges, it's clear that Tranont either doesn't understand or refuses to address the urgency and significance of my situation. As a result, I'm still without the product I ordered, which is not only inconvenient but also quite costly.

Absolutely no difference whatsoever. Am almost done my second bottle of 444 mls taking two tablespoons per day. As a Canadian having to order from USA am paying over 100 my currency plus delivery. I have fibromyalgia and had hoped that there would be some kind of difference in my aching joints. Apparently u have to take consistently for 3 months but now thinking this is a scam. Looking at other liquid collagen products through Jameison? That is so much cheaper with good reviews and more available.

I have used Mojo, Glow, Focus, Enrich and Transform. From my personal experience Mojo is excellent and I will continue to purchase it. I am a big coffee drinker but have issues with my stomach when I drink coffee. A cup of Mojo in the morning has eliminated my desire to drink coffee and has reduced the brain fog I have been experiencing significantly.
I have experienced a noticeable reduction in muscle and joint pain while taking Glow. I have been using Glow for two weeks and so far, my experience has been what I have read about. I can say the same for Enrich, Focus and Transform as well.

Terrible customer service! For products this expensive, they should do better. They screwed up my order, blamed me for the issue, and refused to make it right. AVOID!
