Pretty sure it’s a scam site, they market a product and then pretend it’s shipped and when asked will push the blame to their own shipping company. Never received item despite paying for premium shipping. Just raise a chargeback with your bank. Visa or MC will shut them down

Never received my parcel. Support is a joke save your money. There should be some way to hold these criminals accountable!!

I ordered a device on 30 October. It never came. They have informed me that the package was sent back. I gave them the correct address. Now they said they can refund me a portion of what I paid. Horrible service. This is a scam. Do not order from them.

Purchased a unique sweatshirt, and overall pretty impressed. Bold design really stands out and brings a smile; however, took two weeks for delivery, which was slightly longer than anticipated. Quality meets expectations, though, and gets compliments whenever I wear it.

Received my order after a two-week wait, which was fine given the circumstances. The quality matches expectations; fabric feels comfortable and durable. Packaging could have been better as it seemed a bit minimal. Overall, a satisfactory purchase for the season, though patience is necessary.

I received the wrong product and tried to exchange or return the product and nobody knew what to do. We went back and forth at least 6 times and still waiting for my $ 15.00 compensation from a $80 order. Terrible customer service!

Trade description you advertise one product being the Christmas lights the send me a set of lights I can buy from the hard ware shop for a quarter the price . It's not what you advertised give back my money. Or send the right product the one you advertised.

Purchased the permanent outdoor lights to light up my house for the Christmas season, what they sent me was not what is pictured. No way to secure the lights to the house and if i did they were not bright enough to light ip the house as depicted by the pictures. Complete waist of money, scam artists at work.

I have mixed feelings about my recent purchase. This sweatshirt took a solid two weeks to make its way to me, and while the design was decently quirky, I must admit the pricing feels slightly steep for what it offers.

Like many others I got scammed on outdoor lights. . The product they offered on the video was absolutely nothing like what they sent me. Not outdoor. Not joinable. Not permanent installation.
Emailed them and told them all this. They said they sent the right thing. They refuse to refund my money.

Stay away from them.

Ordered this fun sweatshirt, design stood out but sleeves were slightly snug. Softer fabric would improve comfort.

What I ordered was not anything like what I received. When contacting the company their response was to offer me 10% of what I paid. I emailed numerous times and each time they offered an additional dollar. I was more than willing to send their item back if they wanted but it was CLEARLY not the advertised item, and I either wanted what I ordered or my money back. So far, I have not been reimbursed ANYTHING. So, as fat as I'm concerned this is a HUGE SCAM!

This company is one of many with dodgy domain names which have very little to sell on their website. This company is advertising really nice outdoor led lights with a very impressive video showing fitting and operation. The genuine company that makes and sells these is called Govee. Check YouTube. This video has gone viral over many social media websites but all you recieve is a cheap set of Xmas tree lights. If you paid with a credit card or PayPal then do a claim back. I got a full refund via PayPal.

I ordered lights, just got an email telling me that it couldn’t be delivered, pissed is an understatement, I want a full refund. Why can’t companies send it through Canada Post instead of these stupid delivery companies????

Ordered outdoor lights based on what was shown in video and like others have stated got a cheap set that looks nothing like what is in the video...when i reached out to complain they told me they would give me $9.00 back what an insult over $100 dollars out the door. They are a fake and cheat

what you see it not what you get. rainbow is a little wire connect usb, connection cannot put them in series. very desapointed

They show you and offer you one style of lights and send you a much cheaper horrible set of led lights. They are a complete scam company and PayPal backs them up. Save your money and don’t get ripped off like so many of us have already. False advertising

Ordered a collapsible-compressible backpack (Multifunctional Large Capacity Backpack) from a promotion on Facebook. The item was sold with shipping at a total of $61.44, I was charged $84.00.

Item is just a backpack with no decompression device to suck the air out.

Item isn't as advertised, and very disappointed.
