Transatel Expires Data Plan Before Being Used!

Hello,
I purchased my 3 GB Japan Data Plan, 8988247000016198948, for one month for Feb. 26, 2024 to March 26, 2024 back in January. But Transatel has activated it even before I land in Japan and had it expired on March 7, 2024, a day after I land in Japan. How and why will I activate or use it when it has expired already?
If you cannot activate it on March 6, 2024 or Feb. 26, 2024 and don't let it expire on March 26, 2024, I will just ask PayPal to reverse my payment to Transatel for this Plan undelivered or unused service or goods.

Easy to set up and use
SIM arrived 2 days after ordering. I put this in my phone and set it all up before leaving for the Caribbean. Worked perfectly on every island visited and will hopefully serve me well on future trips. I have a dual SIM phone so I just disabled my contracted SIM so I did not run the risk of any roaming charges and set the phone to use the second SIM for data before getting on the plane.

Service good, pricing slightly misleading. Data sim was shipped promptly. App and instructions clear, easy to follow. I was under the impression that my initial purchase included a 30-day 1gb allowance, but in fact it expired after 24 hours, meaning I had to purchase another package.
Sadly SIM didn’t arrive
Ordered SIM for Caribbean on 13th December. Chased on 20th December as hadn’t arrived. I was advised that it had been posted and had to wait up to 15 days for receipt. Website says 4 working days for standard delivery. As it was Christmas I hoped it had just got delayed in the post. Still nothing by 30th December. Chased again and received a response asking for delivery address. Not heard anything since. As nothing had arrived by 3rd January I put a claim in through PayPal and received a refund. I appreciate that the arrival of the SIM was not their responsibility, but it is also disappointing that I had to wait so long. The moral of this review is to ensure you order your SIM in plenty of time before travel.

Arrived within timescales. Bought for our trip to Caribbean kn March so not used yet. Now in Caribbean but unable to create my account after install8ng sim card. Have sent m3ssage to customer services but await their response. Reduced rating to 2 stars.

The SIM card works great
The SIM card works great. It arrives on time as advertised. I recharged it in the middle of my trip and it worked perfectly. I used it for the Caribbean islands. My only "bad" experience is that in its web page, it mentions covering some but not all of the islands (excluding Dominican Republic & St Lucia) in my visit. But it turns out that I can use it in all of them, plus bonus additional while the cruise ship passing close to some other islands. It will be perfect if Transatel can update its information on the web. Its coverage is definitely better than the Airalo eSIM, that another member of my group was using during the same trip.

The SIM card took 2 weeks to arrive. I had left for the trip. This postal time was not informed until I had paid for the card. If you order this card from the USA be aware of the long postal time.
Using in HK and mainland China
I could use a 'Transatel-data sim' in the Hong Kong and mainland China with no troubles.
