To be honest only had it for 1 day as my cruise was cancelled due to virus all cruise ships are not allowed to dock anymore due to virus so instead of me visiting 10 Caribbean islands the following day it was on it's way too Southampton so the SIM card not work after 1 day, that's good to hear as I have booked the same cruise for next year .

Took 5 GB package for Germany, 3G instead of 4G
Took 5 GB package for Germany. Once it worked as 4G in Munich airport, the rest of the time only in 3G mode. Sometimes there was not connection at all (short periods, however).

Caribbean sim - poor cover
I bought a Caribbean sim as I was visiting 8 islands . The sim only worked in 4 of the islands with no 3G in any of the others . Was expecting it to work in all as per their website info .

Data sim card did not work
Data sim card did not work. waste of money. I bought a 1GB Caribbean package. Website said it would work in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and Grenada. It did not.
I was using it in a MIFI. SIM cards from other companies have worked just fine with my MIFI in other parts of the world so I know my MIFI works.
I was alble to connect to the Transatel network I just could not get any data. I also tried the SIM in my unlocked phone. It still did not work.
Very disappointed. A total waste of money.

Brand new SIM. No data, no error messages just no service.
I bought two Sims. They sent both, however one of them was unable to access data for two weeks while I was in the Caribbean. No clear error messages were given. In the end after contacting them they were able to get me connected.
I suspect since I saw a 2G data allowance on my Wife's Sim that they put all of the allowance on hers and None/Zero/NAA on mine.
Poor QC or automated procedures. In the end I had no useful service for two weeks until post cruise and back in wifi land and could email them.

Very good and rates are extremely competitive in lots of regions. It’s a shame that just some regions are expensive, but as a whole the signal, customer service, easy APN set up, rates in most countries are all excellent. And I’ve now been a customer for a few years.

I use it in the Caribe First Time in St. Lucia bud i get nö Connection. After talking to the Support it Works . Next Time in St. Lucia it also direkt Work. Same Problem i get in Dominica. Thema Support do es Not Really help. So i get nö Connection and i lost the half of my Data Volume becourse it was valid.

Useless! Dont buy!
I have to say this is probably the worst purchase I have ever made via facebook. Data disappears s quicker than a pack of tesco toilet rolls! The user interface/app is worse than useless. You are better off buying local sim cards and using with a standalone myfi

Sadly could not get it to work on none of my phones/ipads/childrens watch with phone function. I am not sure why but the settings could not be adjusted in the way the instructions read.
I have now been on holiday without being able to use it and very frustrated experience. I had requested help but it was not straightforward and with delay so apparently got contacted when I was away and missed the message.
Wont try this again. Lost £50 this way :-(

Rip Off!
Works well, but 1GB of data seemingly disappeared overnight. We were hoping that this would be a cheaper alternative to using our own sim, but no way. Was told The response I got from Transdatel was both unsatisfactory and patronising, suggesting if I didn't-use cellular data that would solve the problem.
DUHHH!. The data logged by the system was WAY over ny actual usage.
I will NEVER use this product again, I feel ripped off and will be advising others to avoid it like the plague.
COMPLETE RIP-OFF!.

Does not work in St. Vincent.
Was working well, had been in St. Lucia for a week and also Barbados for a week and my caribbean data sim had come in useful. Week three and we have moved to St Vincent and no coverage! It's supposed to work here. After many emails I'm told there seems to be a technical problem with the local carrier. After more whinging I've been promised a refund. But not having the service I hoped for is the problem. Turned out the WiFi in our apartment is flakey so it would have come in real handy this week. The technical problem has persisted for 5 Days now. I wonder how much testing they did of their product. So overall I feel let down.
