I'm facing a lot of problem on…

I'm facing a lot of problem on connecting from St Vincent and the Granadines. The data connection doesn't work, not even IN Grenada and St Lucia. The APN is correct with all the other set up. Can you please help me to solve the problem?

Connection about half the time

Data only Sim card was quite easy to install and set up, we were visiting a number of islands in the Caribbean and I got a connection in about half the places, Barbados, St Kitts, Tortola, Grand Turk and Antigua were all okay. St Vincent, St Maartin, Saint Lucia and Grenada were a problem but it may have been me! Sometimes one has to switch the phone and mobile data on and off a few times to get a connection.Overall pleased I bought the package!

Tried on the Carribbean Islands

Tried on the Carribbean Islands. Worked nicely on some islands, but no connection on a few others. When connected, DataSim works well!

Bought for cruise in Caribbean

Bought for cruise in Caribbean. Worked in Barbados, Bonaire, Curacao and St Kitts. Nothing in St Vincent, Grenada, Antigua,St Lucia or St Maarten. So not been as reliable as I'd hoped. When it worked I have no complaints.

Pity about patchy Caribbean coverage

I really wanted to give a great review for this data sim as it seems such good idea. But cruising around the Caribbean there were issues getting a signal and being able to use it. To be fair Transatel did say there were problems on some islands but I struggled to fully use the data sim for the purpose I had intended.

More effort needed

Great thoughts, but need some more work. At some destinations I lost all the MBs on establishing connection and getting very slow data speeds (Florida e. g.)
Some global services are becoming better like skyroam

It makes exactly what they sell

It makes exactly what they sell. Internet connection in foreign countries. It needs some more time to connect once you are in this country as other lines. But afterwards it works fast and reliable at least in Jordan, Germany and Spain.
