Life Changing
What an amazing workshop this was! As I was very busy finishing the school year and wrapping up my teaching career, I didn’t have the time to practice tapping as much as I would have liked during the workshop. However, during the few times I did, the experiences were sublime and life-changing, especially one in particular.
After the second call, I had a very vivid and revealing dream about my mum smiling at me, saying, 'The teacher appears when the student is ready.' It wasn't just what she said, but what I felt during the dream that woke me up and made me call her at midnight.
Another time, during the call, I stated a negative thought, and we asked, 'Who am I when I believe those thoughts?' Immediately, I felt and saw myself as very small and vulnerable, far in the distance. I remained observing myself and trapped in that state until we asked, 'Who would I be without those thoughts?' Then the little, vulnerable me disappeared, and I detached from myself, becoming a pure energy of awareness—just observing, feeling very light and secure in such calm harmony. I stayed in that state until the Ho’oponopono tapping round when I noticed tension and tingling pain in my neck and shoulders being released. I continued existing as this light, secure energy, serenely aware of the sensations in my neck and shoulders.
I highly recommend this training of tapping as we let go of our negative and limiting beliefs, of our resistance due to fears- many of which we are not aware of. Letting go of our old stories that don’t work and have kept us captive from growing and transforming into a new and more conscious beautiful being. I loved the term of ‘expanding’ our comfort zone in order to experience growth. I realized that I am safe when I let go and life flows. I also realized that I don’t have to focus on the fear of not having everything perfect in order to start making a positive impact in other people’s life.
I am very grateful to you two, Ishy and Sebastian, and to everyone in our group. We all grow and learn from each other, and it was wonderful to share each other’s stories.
With much gratitude and love.
