Do not trust them.

DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED ANYTHING DELIVERED ON TIME.

They were very quick to take my money, without even confirming pickup times and dates from the shipping companies they use.

They are self admitted short staffed, and take hours to respond to emails, even when they know cutoff times are at 12pm and 1pm.

They are fine, if you don't care when your delivery arrives.

If it was a one-off I wouldn't be writing this review, but they are now 3 from 3.

Do not trust them.

We're sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately, some bookings require additional checks to ensure they meet the carrier's freight profile and as we are in the busiest time of year, these can take a little longer to process. The general rule is bookings need to be in by 12pm, however it can vary from suburb to suburb, some are earlier.
ETAs are an estimation, there are many factors that can cause a delay in delivery or collection. Most of these are beyond anyone's control. It is best to book freight as early as possible.

False promises

Spent hours on the phone and online booking the right service for a one business day delivery, and they did not even collect the freight. This has now cost us thousands of dollars in production.

Transdirect need to improve

Transdirect really can be frustrating. They ask for more information, you give it and then nothing happens. Labels should have been printed prior to the collection window and at 5.00pm on a Friday, nothing has happened. You email them or contact them via their Contact Page and they dont even reply. I dont know how they stay in business.

Additional charge

Everything is going pretty well except yesterday I received an additional charge invoice for a two weeks ago delivery saying that consignee address is residential rather than business address, how could I know it's a residential address when customer told me this is her company's address!

The parcel had the wrong delivery…

The parcel had the wrong delivery address. It was very confusing. I contacted them and it seemed that nothing happened but I then received notice from the correct address person that they had it. All's well that ends well. I would use them again.

Cheat company.

Cheat company.. i have been charged $200 extra after delivery .. automatically deducted from my account.. this happened to me twice .. First time I thought I have done a mistake in measurement second time I was sure with box size and weight. Still they deducted money and ask me to prove. Who takes photos and videos of measurements and weight of the parcels .

We're sorry that you feel this way. An under declared charge is applied when the dimensions or dead weight entered at the time of booking differ from the measurements recorded by the carrier. The charged weight is based on whichever is greater, the dead weight shown on the scales or the cubic weight which reflects how much space the freight occupies. Being this is a residential collection and delivery; the additional charge is quite significant. All additional charges are listed in the Terms and Conditions which can be found on our website.
