Not reliable
After my account has been activated I wanted to do a transfer but I was not able because of a technical error. Tried again and again and I received the same error. I contacted customer service inside the app but unfortunately no one got back to me. After two weeks someone from support team called and asked me to activate again my account and send more identification documents. I can't recommend this app, sorry.

The transfer says within 2 hours but…
The transfer says within 2 hours but would you believe it if I said I'm still waiting. I had sent money on a Saturday evening and it's Monday today. My recipient hasn't received their money yet! I am far from annoyed. On top of that their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. As there is no acknowledgment whatsoever. Till this day I am still waiting. 🤬 They are slow and inefficient.

Even if their transfer services seems working, be VERY careful. Because they have a hidden agenda, they have hidden rules. Without any warning they can delete your account, and you will NEVER be able to restore or use their services again. And their customer support is the most unfriendly support I've ever contacted.
