Do not use. I booked my transfer last year for Italy. The taxi driver called me yesterday to say that he had not been paid by transfers2 a day this was not the first time! so would not be collecting us I emailed transfers2 to say if this is the case, to cancel and refund. They said they had cancelled and had given a refund but I've had nothing £166 ....thieves don't use
We booked and paid for car transfer from Gatwick airport. No car arrived. We called local number supplied on booking form. That company told us that transfers2airport had contacted them on the day of my booking about a car but they refused the booking as they did not agree the price. Transfers2airports knew this, did not inform us and kept the money. We were left stranded at Gatwick airport. I contacted Transfers2airports immediately by email (there is no phone number) asking for a refund. Unsurprisingly they have ignored my email. And yet this morning they requested feedback on the service! Do not use. It deserves zero stars but that’s not an option if I want to leave a review.
