What went wrong .....everything . They appear to have stolen all my money

I’ve been with Transferwise for over 20 years bought houses transferred money to living abroad and it seems to be the service is getting worse. I rang Today to ask about a transfer which one for money they told me it could take up to 2 working days that’s not good enough I’m afraid, most occasions it comes with but on this occasion I put through like hundred pounds now she’s telling me it’s gonna take up to 2 working days to get such a small amount of money and it continues opposite. I will have to look somewhere else and I have been a member on YouTube for a long time and have to report this as, this is not good news and it makes it even worse thank you. Have used them for a number of years and found them sort of okay..But they just closed my account overnight blocked all my money and shares account and will not tell me ME why...
I contacted them with very bad response, just telling me to fill the site request form in to get my money back (and told me they can take 40 days to get back to me) but this is done through their web-site and I cant log in because they blocked me !! So have requested for their protection officer contact information and will be submitting a SAR document into them..Mean while I'm stuck with no money and they have mine.. How can this happen today must be illegal what these companies are doing??

I love it, amazing bank

Is exactly how it should be.
I am very satisfied, the transactions are very fast and transparent, with no hidden fees. The application works perfectly. There is transparency.
Do not take into account the reviews of people who say they do not respond to messages, on the contrary, they are very effective, and very promptly respond to everything that is asked of them .
I highly recommend. I LOVE TRANSFER WISE

This company does not respond to queries and seem to be strangely unable to read and comprehend questions asked of them although they are simple in their phrasing and vocabulary.
Improvement is simple. They need to read and answer the questions asked.

I have just started with wise and I was wise enough to experiment with only a 1,000 dollars at first before travelling. I decided against carrying loads of money as I originally planned on this card. And I am so grateful for this. I have to say that as long as it was straight forward, I had no problem receiving an answer to every question via email. As soon as there began a problem, they have stopped communicating and pretend like they don't understand what the issue is.

My card got hacked at the atm and I was fraudulently charged over 500 dollars. Have been communicating over this with them over weeks but it doesn't seem to go forward.

I will be updating my experience to let you know on this website as time goes to see if they do anything about it or not.

I wanted to transfer money abroad, 4 years ago if I can remember, looked everywhere till I found good reviews on Transferwise, I used it, they do not make a margin from exchange rate, they use google rate, and charge a fee, it depends how you pay, if you use your account Direct debit, it is cheaper.
The reason I am putting this review today, as I used it many times no issue at all, money reaches the account 2 work days, Transferwise is the best.
Transferwise is CLEAR as water they hide nothing upfront you see what you will get period.

I use many money transfer companies but there is no better company than Transfer wise They make 72 transfer in 2020 extremely fast and with high exchange rate compared to alternative like Western Union and others Never one time the transfer arrive to late
