It was okay yet frustrating. I was taken aback when my transfer was suddenly under "manual review for compliance", because I didn't understand why my transfer would trigger it with a mere 6 dollars transfer. However, it didn't take 24-48 hours, it only took 4-6 hours so I appreciate the speediness of the review. I was relieved afterwards. Which is why it was "just okay"

I'm starting to think they're a scam. I've tried twice to buy USDT, but the first time was rejected even though I've already paid and the bank confirmed my payment was successful.
My first order ID was OR-260422003340830542.
Despite being disappointed like that, I still had hope for this company, so I tried to buy again. Luckily, my second payment was confirmed by them, but I'm stuck at the "Crypto is being processed" section. It's been 4 hours and it's still like that.
I've contacted customer support, and they haven't read or responded yet.
