I was looking online for a specialist bike part that is generally out of stock. Many providers were offering it but not for several weeks. This apparently small business not only had it in stock but offered free overnight delivery. Though it sounded too good to be true they have delivered. I am most impressed.
This is the second time transition cycles have provided excellent service. This time the hydraulic back brake on my jump bike failed (last time it was my BMX bike). Jon went through all the stages of possible repair until it became obvious that replacement was the only option. Even then, the brakes he suggested were at a discounted price, despite being of high quality. They were fitted promptly on the same day, even though it was a Saturday.
