Very bad customer service
I ordered a phone case for my Samsung s23 ultra and when it arrived it didn't fit my phone, with the case on I couldn't use the phone buttons, I couldn't remove the spen the cut out for the speaker was in the wrong place. I contacted them about the issues and their reply was "if you don't like the product then maybe you can give it to a friend", I tried to get a refund through PayPal, the case cost 29.99 USD they offered me a 3 USD refund..... Very poor company
