I had an excellent experience with Translayte. My documents were completed very quickly and the translation was accurate and perfectly formatted. Communication was clear, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend their service!

I have translated several simple 1 page documents with them in the past and it was fine. This time I had to translate a 4 page document and it was a different story all together. I put an order on their site, paid for it and next day recieved an email claiming that the word count (done on their site) is incorrect and I have an outstanding balance for the difference and they cannot proceed until I pay it. Well, I count words myself, also send the text to ai to count and the total word count comes down to the original amount. So they were trying to charge me extra for nothing, hoping that I won't check it myself I guess. So I write them an email asking to cancel my order as I'm not comfortable continuing working with them after they mislead me like that. I hear nothing from them for several days. So I write them again asking to cancel and refund me in full. Again, no reply for 2 days. Finally all of the sudden I receive a letter from them saying that my order has been processed and shipped and they are not going to refund. That email is followed by another one, in which they proclaim their commitment to customers - as a joke i guess. Never again. By contrast I ordered translation from IMMITRANSLATE - they were twice as cheap, and did the job twice as fast. Never never again, Spanish Group. ​

The speed and simplicity made it. Of course it was accurately and professionally translated, clearly showing what was translated and even that there were photos and stamps on the original. Will be using them again!

My certificate was translated. I was basically satisfied, but the translator did not use upper and lower case correctly and also did not translate the grade designation correctly (‘good’ for a ‘sufficient’). I was able to note the changes I wanted and then received a flawless translation.

Reliable and convenient for translating my college diploma and transcripts from English to French. I intend to use them for ENIC-NARIC. I checked the box for certified translations. I did notice it's not the cheapest provider, but I liked that their intake form was straightforward.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review. I was very happy with their service in the beginning and how helpful the team was. But when I received my translations for approval, they we're in a very poor quality. I declined and requested new scans but instead of assisting me properly I got told it was my fault - even though the translations themselves were the issue. I still haven't received my updated translation in a higher quality. I got told it could take up to 24 hours - to re-scan documents... This is unacceptable for a service that has been paid upfront.

Translation completed within an hour, without requesting priority. Excellent service.

prices are horrible for 1393 characters which are on screenshots they said 570£. Are you ok?
