Not sure if I was scammed, but my delivery never arrived and using the tracking system, My Post is useless since it doesn't recognize my address in the US. Customer service never responded to my email inquiry. Re-sent another one

Poor shipping information
Ordered the product 3 weeks ago, it's somewhere in the USA, but who knows. No help from company. You can't even check once you order the product if you got the dates/design as you want it.
My wife and I have made the tracking updates the Christmas present, unfortunately they stopped on December 20th,

Fine, but prepaid duty and vat would be preferable. ended up paying more than the product cost in handling fees and vat.
Also i bought the magnet plate thing, the magnets are weak and cannot be use on our magnetic glass board. Thats a shame and had i known i would not have bought the item.

Unfortunately because of the courier they use in Australia this will be the one and only order.
Has been with the courier on board for delivery for 15 days.
They have no affiliation with Aust Post so no choice other than to ATL which should be part of the shipping info.
Contacted both courier and TT and lack of care is pretty disappointing.

A magical reminder of love
Typically I'm skeptical of ads on social media. But I couldn't resist this one and I'm so glad I didn't. The design process was easy and gave such joy while doing it. They provided me with consistent updates and the ability to track my package (all the way from Australia!) and it actually arrived two days earlier than they thought it would!
