Help Needed with my Transponder account
Hello, can anyone here help! Like many of you I have been using Transponder for many years! On the whole its been quite good. But now there are obviously massive problems. My problem is that I want to stop any direct debits I have going to them. But because I set it up years ago I can't remember the details and I can't work out who they are on my bank statement (careless of me I know) Does anybody know how to identify them on a bank statement?

Gone bust ? At least subscribers could be told, or are they fixing problem? Service was really useful up to now and am disppointed no response to any emails, just the bad Gateway message on line.

without getting any reaction. Also had trouble with my annual payment last December.
Was disconnected on 7 February at about 20.30 p.m.

I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else, glad I read all the reviews, will go to my bank to notify them so they do not allow the recurring charge.
I have been experimenting with Hoolatv and also with Britishtvclub... they seem ok ... not as friendly as transponder to see the TV guide and the channels, but their prices are cheaper and about the same number of channels.
Doesnt work paid money to the company.

I have used transponder tv for four years and only had minor issues up to now. However I understand the company changed hands and read that the domain expired recently. Can we look forward to the service resuming in the near future?

When it works, it's great. But they are very poor at communicating. Lots of problems last summer, and now the site has been inaccessible for several days, with no explanation.
Please speak to us, Transponder ! Or your customers will all go elsewhere.

Ok transponder are down,no wonder Ukraine is where it is based? I have now subscribed foro a month to see if I like this new company which is called “crowned iptv”,so far pleased all inHD,19,000 channels,getting used to it now so will stay with them I think,it’s cheaper too.

I've had the same problems for 3 days now - can't log on, sent emails but no reply etc. Am cancelling my direct debit. I subscribed to tvmucho.com yesterday - loads of channels and €7.99/month. So far so good.

No access to transponder tv since yesterday.
Also since some months ago, not possible to read
my recordings on my mobile. Also not possible to
download my recordings on my mobile, my PC and
Ipad.
I have sent many requests about that. The same answer was our team is going to fix the problem.
I am so disappointed as Transponder tv was perfect
when I subscribed some years ago.
Hope things will be ok soon. I am confident.

It's been 2 day's not working now , I've been a loyal customer for several years , will you notify us when it's back running or is it a case of just keep trying to log in ? Look forward to hearing from you very soon
Unable to access Transponder... again
I had a lot of problems renewing my subscription in November and now cannot access the site at all. I've also tried sending an elail but haven't had any answer. The message on their facebook page quoted in the reviews sounds dodgy. It's really too bad because it used to be such a good service. Anyone knows another way to watch British TV channels from abroad?
THIRD WORLD SCAM!
It took me 45 days to get my CC company to stop accepting their charges, since I hadn't had service for months. I pity people who will now have to go through what I did, because you can't contact them at all any longer in any way, they've made sure of that. BTW, Trustpilot, the link you provide to the 'service' is a dead one. This was all a giant crash waiting to happen for the past 14-15 months when it changed ownership to some guy in his flat in India (literally, not joking), I had the address. He CLAIMS all the company's servers were in Ukraine, but I think that's a lie too, it's been one guy scamming people for over a year and he finally got busted. UseTVMucho.....

Transponder off again
Transponder off again, lost a month in December, and now off again for the last 4 days, yet we are all still paying for a service we are not getting.

Transponder Tv has been down now for 3 days cannot contact anyone as its a 504 timeout error , sent them numerous Emails and no reply , so i have just cancelled my Subscription with them to make sure they cannot take anymore money out of my Bank account , It is possible they maybe able to use a different account to still take money if they do you can raise a dispute with your Bank or if the Block from your bank fails first time the Bank will refund your payment by the end of the next working day automatically .
