Great experience from start to finish. Alex was very helpful with answers to questions and explanation of the process. Roger took great care of the car during transport, and was very patient during the offload. We had 20 degree weather the day of offload and it took about 20 minutes to get the car to fire up after being in Vegas for years.
I will use TLA in the future for all my transport needs. Thanks guys for the friendly and professional experience.

Shane is very responsive, and has assisted with getting many cars shipped for us, both very high dollar cars, as well as more typical cars. Communication, and scheduling seem to be much better with TLA, than with other companies I have used.

I have moved cars with Montway, Reliable and a couple of independents and this move with Transport Luxury auto was the best experience I have had. Shane was great to work with. Car was picked up on time and delivered on time with no hassles or damage.

The reason I'm only giving the 3 stars, is because the carrier picking up our car, kept telling us he was very close. This went on from 7; 30 until 11 when he finally got to us. Other then that, we were very happy. We had an immediate appointment the day we called. Our car arrived home before we did. It was picked up on a Friday night in Florida and arrived in New York on early Sunday morning. (1230 am)

I just bought a 2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT-C Roadster 50th Edition from a dealer in Dallas, Texas and needed it shipped in an enclosed transporter to my home in Knoxville, TN. We had a new luxury car shipped from Texas to New Jersey and then had our current car shipped to Tennessee. Shane's team was amazing. He worked through numerous snow and ice storms across the country to get our cars delivered and picked up seamlessly.

This is short, but getting to the point. Started looking for a carrier in September. I'am a car guy an watch a lot of the car shows on tv. I contacted two of the big names that advertise on these shows. I wanted an enclosed truck,so I new it would not be cheap. Both of the big name companies did not come through. On the Internet TLA popped up and at this point I figured what do I have to lose . I called, Shane answered I told my situation. It is now November 26th 2017 Shane called me on sat the 2nd and informed me that The truck will be here on Tuesday the fifth to pick up my vehicle. Truck left & was delivered as scheduled. If and when I ever need a vehicle transported i definitely will use TLA again

Shane coordinator outstanding customer service...pick up and delivery in very narrow window. Driver “Fred” went over vehicle with fine tooth comb...both pick up with dealer and delivery to me. Vehicle delivered in outstanding condition.
Would recommend these transport folks to everyone...a 2014 Corvette Maine to Denver CO without a hitch
