We were totally pleased with Transport Luxury Auto. Shane Slotnick was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Our car was picked up and delivered exactly as planned and in excellent condition.

Alex was great, I was very skeptical at first but everything went smooth. I will be using them next time I transport my jeep.

The car was picked up and delivered on time. Driver was friendly and courteous. Cost is higher than most but dependability is better than most as well.

Shane was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle delivered FAST. His communication was top notch, and I saw him as a trusted partner. Really appreciate the help!

I was very pleased with the service of TLC Transport company. I shipped my mercedes closed transport. It was picked up when they promised, delivered when promised. Perfect condition. To top it off, I forgot that I put the balance on my charge, and offered a check. They were honest and told me to tear up the check. I had paid by credit card. Incredible.

My transport luxury auto contact Jackie, did everything possible to make this an easy and enjoyable task. He coordinated every step and keep me up to date on the entire process.

2ND time using them and will use them again. Real nice to work with and good followups. With stuff like this people want the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are very competitive got it on time and is worth every penny. Jackie is very responsive and great person to work with.

Company was a pleasure to work with. Shane was very helpful in all of the information I needed to make my decision. Our automobile is brand new, no mileage yet, and we needed transport from Florida to New Jersey. Shane scheduled the pick up on the day I called to get information. The driver was there by that evening. The car was loaded in less than an hour and the driver promised that it would be in NJ no later than Monday a.m. Unlike other companies that we have used, the car arrived Monday morning, no scratches, dents or other damage. What made it easier was the fact that the whole service could be transacted by phone, including using our credit card to pay for the pick-up and delivery. Shane explained each of the choices in shipping, enclosed or open, methods of payment and other information which I requested. Overall it was an excellent experience. There were no horror stories to tell which was a pleasure especially since we were dealing with a new car and its timely arrival. We would recommend this company again.
