I would honestly give 0 stars if I…

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. We were supposed to be picked up at 8:30am. We gave it the 45 minutes after landing before calling. The number on the email confirmation was disconnected. Was able to Google a second number which was answered. All the employee did was give me the number to a "driver" that number I called repeated. Rang through and left 2 messages before it started pushing me directly to voicemail. Finally called me back after 10, saying he told the company he couldn't do work that day and he was out of town. The main number was never answered again. The driver promised a refund but I doubt he has any real control over that. DO NOT book with this company!

It did not take place and now I am…

It did not take place and now I am having difficulty getting reimbursed! I signed up for a 2 hour driver from airport to hotel with some detour that I wanted and when they got there they said it was a direct drive with no detours. They said I could cancel and then they did not reimbursed!

Please note that adding the comment *“Queremos un paseo de 2 horas antes de llegar al hotel”* does not automatically convert a transfer reservation into a tour service or modify the booked service type. Special requests entered in the comments section are subject to availability and cannot change the nature of the confirmed service.

We understand your frustration and are currently reviewing the case with the booking source to clarify how the request was presented at the time of booking, as well as the reimbursement request. Bussiness Clas SUV

We paid extra for a ”Bussines class SUV” and we needed up with this guy wearing flipflops and sweats driving a small silver colored Toyota sienna. On the booking it specifically said that the veichle that was coming was a black Chevrolet Suburban. Smelled smoke and waste combined. Constantly talking obnoxiously loud in foreign language with people on the phone.

Perfect Ride from Start to Finish

Absolutely fantastic experience! The ride was incredibly pleasant, and the driver was exceptionally friendly and respectful everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress free from start to finish. Truly deserving of a 5 star rating, highly recommended!
