£150 mystery box with sale clothes they can't sell

Having read about the mystery box I decided to get the £150 box for my son. It sounded a great deal getting £250 worth of goods for £150, but not knowing what you're getting. What I didn't expect is rubbish in the sale they can't get rid of! Having looked up the items they came to exactly £150, no batain or anything, just a fake promotion to get rid of the crap they can't sell at sale prices. £80 coat that couldn't give away, it's awful. A plane black tee shirt with pink on the sleeve, absolutely awful. This was my first and last time buying any trapstar as it's just a rip off. Stay well away

This company doesn’t even get one star. I ordered something over a week ago.
All numbers are out of service, no communication and doesn’t reply to emails or live chats. I feel this company is going into administration and taking peoples money. My goods were promised to be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. I only wish I came to the reviews before I placed an order. Something is clearly going on with this company

Don't buy from them!!!

Don't buy from them!!!! I ordered a sweater on the 7th of December 2023. The money is deducted but I haven't received any sweater. I've reached out several of times to them via the website where I "bought" the sweater and via email, but I haven't heard anything back. It's been 4 month - not ok!

Zero stars if possible

Would not give any stars if possible. Firstly, the order took forever to arrive. Then when trying to email the company to return the goods, the email just bounces straight back.
Starting to wonder if this is legit or not?????
From my experience, I would strongly advise you to steer well clear of this lot!!

Avoid!!!

Trying to make a return request but the email they tell you to contact them on doesn’t accept any emails!! Also the returns address is in china!! These products aren’t authentic! Do not order!

AVOID

AVOID. I ordered 28th march and STILL haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times. They say 9-12 working days, but it’s been almost 5 months. i have raised a dispute with my bank as that was my last option. any good reviews on here are fake and staged. do not order, you will NOT receive your order but your money will be taken. the CEO’s of trapstar are flaunting their lifestyle all over instagram with stolen money from customers. greedy treacherous company. i am in the process of reporting to trading standards to get them shut down FOR GOOD. Hoodrich and Corteiz and similar alternatives with great customer service and very speedy delivery 😊 if i could give zero stars to this rubbish company, i would.
