Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a Christmas gift for my son, he didn't like it, and i emailed several times asking to return the item. I had an email back with simply
"why do you want to return it"
I explained that my son didn't like it - I was asked to provide my order number which I did do and then I have had no communication since. Had I read the reviews before, I would certainly not have bought from them. I will make sure my reviews are all over the internet to prevent other people being stung for hard earned money. Absolutely avoid buying from them, I also thought I was buying from TRAPSTAR, my fault for not checking properly, but even still, the customer service is non existent.

after 10 days from the order you inform me that the item ordered is out of stock and that if I want I have to wait for it to be back in stock in 7 days. Online stocks MUST BE CORRECT and you CANNOT be made to wait 10 days for a non-availability response. Ok l will wait 7 days but then I demand super fast shipping, really not 15 days to arrive in Italy.

Scam! Li ho denunciato alla polizia postale, rispondono su whatsapp solo per far perdere tempo inventandosi scuse. Truffa!!!
