I have bought from trash lair before. I recently bought one of their pants off the site and it has yet to be shipped. Owner isn’t responding to emails or instagram DMs or comments but is still actively posting on her private instagram page.
Ive bought from them in 2023 and it was wonderful! Im not sure what's going on, but after ordering a top on April 5, 2025, and waiting until May 16, 2025 for a usps slip to be made and then still not seeing a status update on it 10 days later - I gave up. Other IG users are also posting wondering where their packages are. The owner is there on IG, posts on her stories about sending packages, and ive DMd her on May 6th asking for my order, but she didn't respond.
Bought something that was never shipped, reached out via email like once a month for almost 7 months now and nothing. Shame because it looks like they used to carry out orders fine I ust want a refund.
Still haven't gotten my order, its been months and still nothing. Sent an email and a dm via instagram, no answer...
Spend your money elsewhere
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, all I can say is don’t. They let me know that shipping may take a while which I was okay with, but then lied multiple times in regards to shipping my order/when my order would be shipped. trying to get a reply from them is extremely hard. It has been 7 months and I have had little contact with no resolution, I would advise to spend your money elsewhere unfortunately.
