I have paid for an advert on their websites. I recevided just 3 inquires in Year and hundreds of emails from website in which they give me offers for premium listing, top listing and similar.
Now they have sent me an invoice which is almost 4 times higher then I have paid for 1st year although I have wrote to them few months ago that I don't want to have advert on their website anymore.
There is no customer support at all. Don't pay advert on their website!!
Regarding your reply to this review.... I have already wrote to your email address several times and nobody replies. You have ignored that and you just send me payment instructions. So, don't say that it's misunderstanding. It's just a way how you scam people. So, please read and reply on emails which I have sent to your email address info*traum-ferienwohnungen*de as well as reply to my messages which I have sent you from your website...

Small but perfectly formed holiday home
The small but perfectly formed holiday home is nicely furnished. We lacked nothing. We really liked the large garden with its fruit trees. The wind-protected terrace with its large parasol offered plenty of space and was a lovely spot for breakfast and dinner. We had a dry place to store our bikes. The beach isn't far away. We are very happy with our stay here.

A wonderfully cosy appartment
A wonderfully cosy appartment - tiny but very well equipped. Very nice terrace, terrific garden with apple trees… Perfect for children! And the most loveable hosts who gave us a familiar and casual atmosphere. Rønneby is an ideal spot for one-day trips and excursions to comfortable beaches, beautiful islands and interesting parks and museums! We are very happy with our choice and had a fantastic holiday!

Avoid this platform. No inquiries and no cancellation possible.
We tried listing our vacation rental on this website, but it was a disaster and now the company refuses to cancel our subscription. They just keep telling us tips on being more successful. I feel trapped and misled. There is supposedly a guarantee that you get your money back if you get no inquiries. Don't expect to get a refund, we have had no inquiries. It has been a full year. This listing is very successful on other platforms. The big problem is that I have emailed the company 4 times and called once. They refuse to cancel the listing, let alone provide a refund. Instead of responding to my request to cancel, I just received an invoice to renew for the coming year. Unbelievable. I recommend avoiding this platform.
Update: 486282. Still no resolution.

We had a perfect time. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. You can chill outside in the lovely garden, the surroundings are very nice. The beds were the best we’ve ever had. The house is very well equipped. Owners are very nice and helpful people. Lots of things to do in the area. Hope we can visit again.

Very disappointing – paid premium, zero bookings.
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2015 and paid for a Top Listing on Traumferienwohnungen.de. Despite great photos and a strong listing, I received zero bookings all year. I contacted support multiple times and was told everything looked fine, but nothing changed. The promised visibility and performance were simply not delivered. I’ve now had to switch to a local agency and cancel my listing early. A waste of €1,000.

We were very impressed by the tasteful furnishings and that everything worked perfectly, both the entire organizational process and all the technical equipment in the apartment. Whatever you value in a vacation apartment, whether it's a nice kitchen, a terrace for barbecuing, the sauna, a large dining table, a relaxing couch area, a cozy stove, or whatever else, this apartment had it. And, as I or one of my friends said at the beginning: “Someone really seems to have thought about what an apartment that makes you feel at home should look like”. We are from Germany, and unfortunately most people there only think pragmatically. Any time again! Best regards

I've stayed in so many vacation rentals, but this one tops them all! The apartment is a dream and exactly as advertised (if not nicer). Super clean, charming, comfortable, and everything was there.
