I got a good price on a large suitcase that I've been interested in. It arrived within the time window specified. The box was in good shape mostly and the suitcase within was in perfect condition. Nothing bad to really say. I just didn't give a full 5 stars because I'm spoiled by services like Amazon that ship immediately.

processing and shipping times on website not accurate so did not receive in time
checked on website for processing and shipping times and ordered so could get item in time for trip. Item did not process and get shipped for 4 days so did not receive item in time for trip and could not use. Went to return and only then realized that there is a 10% restocking fee.

Fantastic suitcase
Arrived on time and in good conditon. Briggs and Riley carry on is a fantastic bag for a 3-4 night trip. Even fit 3 pairs of shoes!

Bad experience and horrible customer service. Watch out that they don’t allow order cancellation, not even minutes after placing and order and well ahead of shipping. And then they charge a 10% restocking fee!
