Really Enjoyed Ourselves

I along with my family planned to visit Italy for our summer holidays, best decision ever! We contacted travbond as we had heard of their competitive rates and turns out it was true. It was a group tour to Italy; me my husband and my kids were very excited. We did Rome, Venice, Milan, Sorrento and Florence, alone with day tours to other places. Best accommodations, knowledgeable guides and delicious food. Passing through Fair Verona and admiring Juliet’s balcony is my favourite memory of the trip. My kids had a wonderful time in the canals of Venice. It was something we had never seen before. The parmesan pizzas and pastas all around were to die for! It was like you read all of this in the history books and then you see it for real! Unbelievable experiences. Some highlights from the trip are the colosseum in Rome, St. Peter’s Basilica, Leaning tower of Pisa, La Scala opera house in Milan and the beautiful pristine island of Sorrento! It is a must visit for everyone atleast once in life. We made some great friends on the trip. Will definitely come back for more! Lovely organization Travbond.

We took travbond services to book a Singapore package for the travel date 25th July. I was not given anything as per the Itineary shared by Karan.

1) Hotel
I was told by Karan, that we would get Hotel Elizabeth(mentioned in the itineary also), but I was given third grade hotel ie Value Thomson where we were suffering from suffocation as the room was tooo small. There was no Kitchen in that Hotel and we had to travel to around 2-3 kms everyday for dinner.

2) Itineary
Then the itineary provided by Karan stated Day1 to Day 6 activities but nothing was provided except nigh safari, Sentosa. In Sentosa also, I was told we will be given 80 tokens per person by Karan and Dheeraj but that was also not provided. In City tour, it was only sight seeing, we did not get Singapore Flyer and boat ride that was again mentioned in the itineary.
Karan told that Zoo, Jurong Park and Universal Studios is also included in the package(already mentioned in itineary) but none of them were provided, we had to purchase tickets.

First Karan shared all the fake information with us, then it went to Dheeraj and Gagan for Hotel reservation and he told that Hotel Elizabeth cannot be provided. When I told Dheeraj Soni that I would take action against it then he said that you can do whatever you want as I am already looking for a job and I will not get affected by this. After Hotel Reservation it went to another person for itinerary ie Hitesh and he told that only night safari, Sentosa and city tour is mentioned and I got the confirmed vouchers on the day I was travelling ie when I was about to board the flight. Everyone cheated us to the core.

3) Charging 2.5% Extra without information
I was told to make the payment through a link that was sent by Travbond folks. I kept making payment through the link but no one mentioned that additional 2.5% tax would be implied. That is another fraudulent act.

I had always heard that Singapore is a travel-friendly tourist destination. But I got firsthand experience of it when I visited with my wife. The trip was arranged by Travbond and we covered almost everything fancy in the tour. It was beautifully organized and we visited the merlion, the Clarke quay, night safari, Singapore zoo and Sentosa Island to mention a few. Out of everything, Night safari was our favourite, it is a unique experience and breakfast with orangutans is a must. The tour guys took us around to sample local food and it was pretty affordable. They also suggested for a few places to experience the night life in Singapore. The trip planned was 5 days and did complete justice to our expectations! Thank you for a fun-filled holiday Travbond!

I recently visited Bali with my wife and 2 little girls, and I was so happy to meet all the lovely, friendly and happy people of Bali. We took this trip with Travbond and it was very relaxing and enjoyable because they ensured that everything went smooth. Bali is a place with brilliant culture, and they have preserved their scenery and origins. No wonder everyone praises bali so much.Travbond helped us enjoy the local cuisine like pork ribs, fried duck and barbecued fish and we had a good time. Bali is a good blend of romantic and relaxing. The location we stayed at was peaceful, very clean and traveller friendly. Thank you for this joyous trip Travbond!

Worst experience

We had booked a 7 nights 6 days trip to Hong Kong. The trip was perfectly planned and executed. We came back with a lifetime of lovely memories. TravBond and Varun ( their sales manager ) for all their assistance.

Firstly they give you package at less rates...dn at the time of flights they charge you extra as you don't have any options...all persons here are fake..don't give their personal numbers easily...I have been cheated for my Europe package..don't trust them at all...m not a competitor or travel agent..if you guys planning to book here...don't do it ..it vl b the worst nightmare you have ever imagined
Sales person will talk very nicely to you
After taking booking amount he will not take calls from you...n pass to the reservation team who are frauds...I think they give us their fake names also..check their site also...
DNT give your precious money to them
They will make your tour worst you can't imagine

Your response seems like there is no fault at all from your end. However, if you are claiming that the mistake is not from your end, then please give us the detailed explanation on the below queries:
1)You guys have arranged many Euro trips, then you should be aware of the latest Schengen VISA application form. An executive named Rishab from your team sent us the form and instructed us to fill and take printout. When we went to VFS global on VISA appointment date, they informed that the form is outdated. One should fill the form online after which a bar code registration form would be generated. When we called Rishab, he was not even aware of it. They charged 1500 INR per application form. Who is responsible for this?

2)Photograph – We were asked to take 2 passport size photographs on VISA appointment day. But the requirement for Schengen VISA was different they needed a photograph with 80% face covering. How are we supposed to know unless you guys guide us? We were again charged 112 INR per photographs.

3)VISA rejection first attempt – As per the hotel vouchers provided, our check-in date was on 22-Aug-2019 at Paris. However, as per the tentative flight tickets provided we were supposed to reach Paris on 21-Aug-2019 at 14:20 hrs. Can you give a clarity on where exactly do we stay on 21st?

4)During both the VISA attempts, the reason for rejection was given as “stay was not reliable “ The stay is booked by you guys. Are we responsible for this?

5)Considering it a special Case of yours we have APPLIED for SECOND TIME and BEAR that fees by Our self- Can you please give a clarity on this? In both the attempts, VISA fee was paid by us and we have all the bills which was shared via email to your team. If you have paid, provide us the supporting document.
6)Our Team has responded to your each and every call and our team patiently answer your same query again and again- After the VISA got rejected for the second time, Rishab informed us that he would get in touch with his manager and inform us if they can bear the VISA fees for the third attempt. This went on days and weeks together still we hadn’t received any response.Later, Hitesh informed us that they can’t take care of any refund nor pay the VISA fee and that our VISA is blacklisted. We dint want to lose our money, so we asked them to arrange any short trip within 50k. In order to get these responses, we have called multiple times and they get back to us only after 15- 20 calls.

FRAUD COMPANY... PLS BEWARE
This company is a big time fraud company, they cheated us to the core by not giving us anything that was promised and given in written in the itineary. They will give you everything in writing but will say "that was only for information" I have raised complaint against them in Police and National Consumer Forum.Please be ware before booking. I noe who so ever would be reading this would see there are not many negative reviews but trust me they are fraudsters.

It was a awesome tour of mine visited a lot of beautiful places in bali and maldives all over trip was too good. Thanks to travbond for arranging such a standard hotels foods quality quantity and price of package is good.

Their is no option for 0 or minus star so i am giving 1 star. They are fraud please dont book them. They will take 70-80% money and then they will not accept your call nor will they reply till last moment and then will give some budget or worst hotel and will not give what they have promised. If you want stress, tension and have too much money that u want to get cheat easily then only opt for this travels.

We had a wonderful time visiting London, Bath, Liverpool, Edinburgh and the Isle of Skye. We had been to England twice before but both times were predominantly spent in or around London. This time we had delightful stays in Bath and Liverpool. Our visit to Scotland, especially our 3 day tour of the Highlands and the Isle of Skye was magical in so many ways. The scenery was spectacular, the people were friendly and fun to be around, and the destinations well-planned and well-timed. Our two adult children who reviewed the finalized travel plan provided by Travbond travels team were amazed by the detail of the planning which included all transportation, lodging, private tours, tour guides, and one small group tour in Scotland. I believe they have been inspired to follow in our footsteps. We would highly recommend Travbond travels team to anyone who has not yet had the opportunity to fully appreciate a customized travel experience in the British Isles and Ireland. It was our first time and I cannot imagine doing it again any other way. Kudos to Travbond trip planners for making it a memorable trip.

Very unprofessional and FRAUD. I booked Singapore trip with my friends and it was the worst trip I had just because of these frauds. They will take your money and will tell you that they will provide tickets for everything but they will not. They didn't even give us the contact person in Singapore. We managed everything ourselves.

Do not book anything from this agency. These are fraud. They will take you money and will not provide anything. I'm asking them for refund for the past 3 months. They are not even picking up the calls. Don't trust them
