Our trip planner and travbond travel company were amazing to work with, the trip was an amazing experience for my family, one we will never forget. Your itineraries and recommendation were on point every time and made for about as little stress as one can have (not counting me driving in the countryside!) while on vacation. I would recommend you to anyone looking to travel to the U.K. without any
reservation.

We traveled from Delhi to Nepal. Flight schedule was little delayed... But travelling was good with no other major problems.

Our trip designer and the rest of the travel team did an absolutely fantastic job with our recent trip to Spain and France. The trip designer really got to know us and came up with an itinerary that made the most of the time we had and offered activities of interest to everyone in the family. No detail was too small, they even arranged for "to go" breakfasts for us when we had to make an early flight. If we needed anything, they were available by phone or text and at one point we had a video call so he could help with directions!
We had a great trip and it was totally stress free thanks to our trip designer and this travel team.

This is a genuine travels agency . With reasonable prices and their staff and all we're also very gentle took care well.. Showed all sight seeing places . The cab while having they provided was also good especially driver was very cool

My twin young adult daughters and I went on a ten day safari in northern Tanzania which was organized by Travbond team. We were completely satisfied with their recommended itinerary. Mind blowing service thanks to Travbond travel agency. Good service and 24X7 service support with good staff.

Trav Bond, Mr. Varun Kakkar, had offered a land package for a family travel in Dubai from January 30, 2019 until February 04, 2019. 20% of the booking amount of Rs. 20,000 was dully paid online via Paypal. Immediately after receiving the money, Mr. Varun Kakkar had stopped responding to calls and messages. Than suddenly Sumit who claims to be the Operations Manager jumps up assuring the best services. But stopped responding and making any land arrangements as agreed. Finally a day before the flight, they jump up asking 20,000 Rs more for making all the arrangements as committed.

We have made more than 50 calls to the team which have gone unattended. There have been email communication from January 24, 2019 asking for refund of the money which hasn't been responded as below. This company runs under 6 other company names and is run by a bunch of 4 or 5 people who just want to steal money as their business. They have nothing to do with their own commitments or your time and resources. They created a so called travel voucher to me for Dubai which as expected had all the Dubai numbers which don't exist and their own 24x7 helpline number as switched off. The name of the coordinator and the travel company with whom they claim to have booked my land package doesn't exist in Dubai. So in order to safeguard myself and have a safe trip in Dubai, I had delayed this legal action against them. I have tried to contact their so called owner Ms. Jyoti Kakkar atleast 20 times before my travel and another 50 times after my return. But these bunch of deaf and dumb, don't have the guts to answer their calls. All the Sumit and Varun does is to compare their company with Reliance and their fraud owners with our respected Mr. Ambani. When they have failed to revert to my communication, I am writing in distress for your kind support and speedy action.

On screening further on them, I have found that it's not only me but a few other people across the globe who have paid them money for services which were never received. As an evidence, I am attaching a few documents to support my statement and the harassment I have faced while dealing with this company and it's employees.

A FAKE COMPANY RUN BY 5 OR 6 FAMILY FRIENDS AND NO EMPLOYEES. IT'S A MECHANISM TO STEAL MONEY FROM PUBLIC AND RUN AWAY FROM GIVING SERVICES. NO ONE BOTHERS TO TAKE CLIENTS CALLS OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. A COMPANY WITHOUT INFRASTRUCTURE AND HIERARCHY.

Kerala, well I didn’t think of the place much until I visited it on this
tour. My wife surprised me with this Travbond’s package. The
Kerala Tour was very refreshing and the wildlife and environment I
saw there, I thought I was in a different space altogether.
