This company is a fraud. Do not book a flight with this company. On September 11, 2025, I trusted this company to buy my tickets from Puerto Rico to Orlando. Pay a total of 854.18. Everything was going well until I realized that the return flight had the wrong date which surprised me since I made sure that the day was correct when booking so I communicated via WhatsApp so that they could fix the error which resulted in a new reservation with a different flight confirmation number. 24 hours before my flight I propose to check in and Southwest does not find my reservation I propose to call and the customer service agent tells me that my reservation was canceled since Travel Alliance did not confirm my date of birth and that even without such confirmation they tried to complete the purchase which resulted in "insufficient funds" by the agency's payment method. It is understood that I had already paid them. Thank God that everything was in the notes and it was possible that they honored me the original price this led to additional expenses to be able to return to Puerto Rico. Since December 1 I've been waiting for an answer, the phones they give are disconnected and they read my messages but don't answer them. Report this agency to a great friend who works at the FBI and currently a federal investigation has been opened. Those who went through the same thing and are reading this review, after reporting the fraud to their bank I suggest they contact the FBI fraud line and make the report. These people have to pay for the damage they do and not go unpunished

Love with the Travealliance LLC booking，price is very very good for someone like me who travel every month with my 2 yrs old，and easy to contact the customer service is right on one call no hassel no waiting especial no HITTEN FEE

I have booked the flight with travealliance the prices they offered is really cheap and affordable and their customer service team answer my call and even reply on email on weekends and I got my boarding pass on time

Our flights were canceled we purchased 8 tickets from them in August. We decided to check the status of our flights ourselves and come to find out they were canceled. We never got an email from our agent from the agency we found out ourselves. With that being said now it has been a never ending battle to get our full refund back. The agency tells us the airline has to refund our money and the airline tells us we have to get it from the travel agency. It has been very frustrating to say the least my advice is to STAY AWAY from this agency. They are a scam

My family and I had a 9:50 return trip to Dallas, final destination to Tulsa, and put flight was changed at tye lady minute. We arrived at the airport at 7:00 am and we were put on a standby flight because we had already been through an ordeal with flights changed and no immediate notice. The ladies at the flight standby had a hard time figuring out what happened and why! But, they put us on our original flight, to our notice we had a 10:35 flight from Dallas to Tulsa. Unexceptable!! The way to Portland, Or was fine, but the on the way back was horrible!!!

Be VERY wary booking with this company. After booking a flight on 6/7/25 with them they dedycted the fee with some credit card authorization form. I called in a week before my flight time as I had NOT received any e-ticket. I was assured that everything was fine and I would receive the necesary documents a day before the flight. Upon checking with the airline I discovered this organization had not completed the purchase. I called back oly to find they had "allegedly" refunded my fee and not made any reservations even tho they had 2 1/2 months to do so. we ertainly won't take their "word" oo any refund and will dispute it with our credit card company. With many choices of travel agencies I would STRONGLY urge a person to not use this one

This company is the biggest scam. Do not believe in their trust pilot reviews. They got my money, confirmed everything with me. But the day before our flight it was canceled. They did not notify me of the cancellation. They left me stranded and didn’t help me whatsoever with rebooking or giving me my money back. This is the biggest scam for a company. Please do not book.

The site will not let me update so I am writing another one. And the story goes on from Feb. These people are scammers. They may refund you but will try again a few months later when you have forgotten about it and try to scam again! My bank caught them with a transaction for over $2000 to book a flight with the same airline that they tried to scam me with. They did it on a secondary card which I never use so didn't even occur to me to cancel. (I did cancel the one I booked on and was later given a refund on). I had told them to try this one as Their payment would not go through. I had totally forgotten about that... This is 4 months later. Read the negative reviews and look at the common reason why people are calling them scammers before you book. Now the company has asked for more information to verify me. And give them more of my personal information....

I booked a flight with them to Vancouver and paid for the flight. When I went to the airport with my ticket I was told by the airlines that I was scammed and my booking was cancelled. I had to pay double the price for my ticket that day. I called travealliance and they claim they did not scam and will be refunding my money back which they initially charged. It’s been more than 2 weeks and I have not got my money back. Besides they didn’t even say sorry or didn’t take accountability or try to figure out what happened, Don’t trust this agency they will scam you. On total I lost my mental peace and lost $1000.

June 13: I have received my refund of $367 after this review was posted. I want to thank you for giving my money back. Trust has been lost with this company. And still not clear on how all this panned out where I go to the airport with the ticket and the airlines West Jet say that I was scammed and the ticket was cancelled. And no one takes responsibility.

This place is an absolute scam!
I bought my ticket and I got a confirmation number. I was able to log into the app airlines app and go through the seat selection. One day before departure my reservation was canceled. The agency charged my card, but did not pay the airline. Their phone lines were down and online chat doesn't work. Phone just went to a busy signal. They have not responded to my emails. A short time later I had a fraudulent airline charge from a different country and had to get a new card! Total scam!

Absolute scam!
I bought my ticket in January for my sisters wedding in May. I got a confirmation number and was able to log into the app. One day before departure my reservation was canceled for non payment. The agency charged my card, but did not pay the airline. Their phone lines are down and online chat doesn't work. They have not responded to my emails for help.

They took payment for my flight, but did not pay the airline. This resulted in them canceling my flight the day before departure to my sisters wedding!

Bought a ticket in November of 2024 for the summer of 2025. received a confirmation # & logged on to Delta & even picked my seats. Today I logged on to Delta & the reservation does not exist, their phone does not work, it says leave a message & after does dead, their website online assistant does not work & they don't answer emails. these guys are good con men!

They are scammers, purchased tickets online to YVR to PSP, they sent confirmation and all that. Day before the trip, we tried to check in to Delta and we were having trouble, so we decided to contact Delta live chat. The customer service rep then notified us that we had no reservation under my name. We then had to scramble for flight tickets paying a lot more with not many flights available.

No matter how cheap these guys present them to be do not buy from them, spend a bit more for piece of mind.

they are scammers . they booked my ticket and gace me reference number and when i called westjet they said there is no reference number like that. we tried calling them but goes on voice message.they def are scammers.

I just contacted Trave Alliance to change a reservation, and after sharing our reference number, Andrew on the chat stopped communicating with me. Something smelled fishy. I contacted the airline, who said no payment had been received. These scammers are good at what they do. The first person I dealt with when booking months before, Steve, even lined up our seats, seats on a flight he knew we wouldn't be on.

We booked flights to and from Florida from Vancouver.
We paid for the flights with a credit card (yes the money came out of the credit card).
We arrived at the airport only to find that Westjet had all of our information but there were no tickets.

We had to repurchase last minute tickets at a much higher price. We were fortunate though to have excellent help from the Westjet staff at YVR.

BOOKING WAS CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE DUE TO A FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD USED TO PAY FOR MY RESERVATION AFTER I HAD SENT THEM MY MONEY.

Beware of this company‼️ A total scam that we only discovered when standing in front of the check-in kiosk at the airport, only to be told there are NO tickets‼️

When I purchased the tickets in January 2025, we had multiple issues - wrong name spelling, e-tickets not delivered when due, tickets once issued not reflecting checked bags.
During these booking issues, the Travealliance phone was answered promptly, customer service representatives were helpful and attentive.
I checked with Westjet every step of the way and all appeared to be resolved and correct.
The end of the story was that we had to buy tickets to honour a vacation promise to our granddaughter. These tickets cost us some serious dollars, and put a shadow over our entire vacation.
