They offer cheap prices then call you and make you pay a difference, which equals to booking on the official website of the airline. To avoid at any cost if you dont want to miss your flight or have stress or pay more. SCAM

🚨 BEWARE OF TRAVEASY

🚨 BEWARE OF TRAVEASY – MISLEADING PRICES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🚨

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience booking a flight through Traveasy , and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake.

I was attending an appointment at the Sri Lankan High Commission in London, which required me to submit a flight ticket. I had driven three hours from my home to attend this appointment, so getting my ticket confirmation was extremely important.

When I searched for flights on Google, several booking websites appeared, and Traveasy offered the cheapest ticket at £677. That was the only reason I chose them instead of booking directly with Emirates.

After they deducted £677 from my card, I expected to receive my booking confirmation immediately, as normally happens with reputable booking websites.

But instead of receiving my confirmation, I received a phone call demanding another £70!

Their explanation? Their website prices were supposedly not updated!

How is that the customer’s responsibility? Why advertise a ticket for £677, take the payment, and then demand an additional £70?

I spoke with a representative named Sakshi and requested assistance from the manager, Abhishek, but neither provided a satisfactory solution.

The most shocking part was that they claimed the ticket was no longer available at that price. Yet when I checked their website again, the exact same ticket was STILL advertised at the original cheaper price!

This seriously raises questions about their pricing practices.

Because of this situation, I was left waiting more than 45 minutes at the Sri Lankan High Commission just to receive my booking confirmation, even after making the additional payment.

My appointment was cancelled, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. I had travelled three hours, needed the ticket urgently for my documentation, and was put under unnecessary pressure.

Even websites like Booking.com normally provide booking confirmations immediately. I have never experienced anything like this before.

I eventually ended up paying over £747 for a ticket that was originally advertised at £677.

I would never have chosen Traveasy if I had known this would happen. I only selected them because they advertised the cheapest price.

⚠️ PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH TRAVEASY!

In my experience, the advertised price was not the final price, and the booking confirmation was significantly delayed. I feel completely misled by this experience.

Cheap advertised prices mean nothing if customers are pressured to pay more after their money has already been taken.

I am sharing this so other travellers can be aware and avoid experiencing the same frustration, stress, and wasted time.

Traveasy, this is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve honest prices, immediate booking confirmations, and professional customer service!

I booked 3 EgyptAir tickets (DXB–CAI

I booked 3 EgyptAir tickets (DXB–CAI, 14 Oct) on Traveasy. One passenger’s name was wrong on the confirmation. I emailed and called within minutes of booking, three days before the flight, and asked for a simple correction before ticketing. Traveasy refused to even raise it with the airline, called the ticket “non-changeable”, and told me to buy a new ticket. Hours later, I still had no e-tickets for any passenger. Customer service only quoted rules and offered no help. If anything goes wrong with your booking, expect no flexibility. Book directly with the airline instead.

Scam once paid - no support

They do not help at all - my flight with China Southern requires my passport details to be confirmed with the airline, but Traveasy will not take my passport details. I have tried everything - my airline cannot help me confirm my flight until Traveasy action this. No replies to my emails, rude customer service staff on phone who lie and say they will call back and never do - The website link auto loops round to the login page… I feel like I’ve exhausted all my options and am very nervous I will not be able to board my flight if I do not provide the airline with my details. The airline has confirmed they NEED to receive my passport information before I can fly. I think Traveasy has scammed me.

Extremely stressful experience – unexpected £70 demand after bookingessful experience

Extremely stressful experience – unexpected £70 demand after booking

I had a very disappointing experience with Traveasy and would be extremely hesitant to use this travel agency again.

I booked a return flight with TAP Air Portugal from London Heathrow to Lisbon for my husband, travelling from 24 to 29 December 2026, at the advertised price of £192.35.

Almost immediately after making the booking, I received a phone call from Traveasy informing me that the fare had increased and that I would need to pay an additional £70. I found this extremely frustrating, as I had already completed the booking at the price advertised on their website.

When I challenged this and explained that I had previously worked in a travel agency, the representative asked me where I had worked. I found this question intrusive and completely unnecessary in the circumstances. The conversation was also unpleasant, and I did not feel that my concerns were being handled professionally.

I was then told that they would contact the airline and get back to me, but nobody called me back as promised. I had to chase them myself and insist on receiving either my ticket or a full refund.

After several frustrating communications, Prince Singh confirmed in writing that they would proceed with issuing the ticket within 24 hours and that no additional payment was required. I eventually received my e-ticket the following day.

Although I did receive the ticket in the end, the entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Booking a flight should not involve being asked for an additional £70 almost immediately after payment, chasing the company for updates, and having to insist repeatedly on written confirmation.

My main concern is the lack of transparency surrounding the additional charge and the poor communication throughout the process. The fact that the ticket was eventually issued does not erase the stress and inconvenience caused.

My advice to anyone considering booking with Traveasy: keep screenshots of the advertised price, save every email, and insist on written confirmation of any changes or additional charges.Based on my personal experience, I would be very reluctant to book with them again.

I hope the company improves its pricing transparency, customer service and communication so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I would give 0 stars if i could!

I would give 0 stars if i could!! This company is a scam! First they lure you into booking with them on “cheaper rates” then for any little change or inconvenience they demand even more money than the actual ticket price! There is a person working there named ‘Prince Singh’ who i was unfortunately dealing with, could be the worst travel consultant on planet earth. For something as little as date change which can be done free of charge on Emirates website (despite a non refundable booking) he is Demanding £400! The ticket itself costs £500. Does he really take people for being stupid?

I have paid over £700 just in fees and charges for my small changes! Whatt!?

Pay a little bit more somewhere else but PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! They also run by the name ‘BrightSun Travel’ ALSO AVOID!!!

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS - AVOID THIS COMPANY

I paid for a flight through this company and they never issued my ticket. Instead, they called me and tried to make me pay an extra £100 because they claimed the price had changed, even though the exact same flight was still showing for the original price on their website.

When I refused, they tried to charge me a £75 cancellation fee. After arguing with them, they eventually said they would honour the original price, only for the guy to hang up on me. I still have no ticket and no refund.

I’m now having to go through the relevant channels to get my money back.

Do not book with this company. They take your money and then try to get more out of you.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience. I regretted using them as my booking agent; they weren't transparent, and the price changed after I booked, so I had to pay extra. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Avoid at all costs

I'm creating a Trustpilot account so I can warn you against going through this scam of an agency. I purchased a ticket -- lured in by the low price -- and got a phone call 10min later saying I didn't book with any baggage. I assumed for an international flight carry-on would be included, and that I could add-on a check-in later. He informed me it would be £225 to have a carry-on and a check-in. This is before issuing me the e-ticket. I asked for a refund and he said they would retain £75 if I did. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts, and had him issue the ticket with no baggage. As soon as the ticket was issued, I logged onto British Airways using the confirmation code -- sure enough, carry-on was included, and I could add my check-in roundtrip for £110. They almost scammed me out of £115! Absolutely ridiculous to treat customers this way.

Quick and easy!

Booked my London to Delhi flight through Traveasy and the whole thing was sorted within an hour. Mony handled it, was responsive on chat, explained the fare options clearly and sent the payment link straight over without any fuss or upselling. Everything matched what was quoted. Would happily book through them again. Thanks Mony!
