The subscription jumped from 15$ to 49$ though nothing new added and itineraries look like they are from 2000. Old boring design and overpriced.

Too many bugs and too difficult to book support sessions, emailing support is hot and miss with questions and answers
One major issue is Travefy does not support Amadeus
Many pdf hotel vouchers import incorrectly making many hours to correct

Terrible customer service, i signed up for Travefy, then literally a day later, i tried to cancel. I never even logged in, they said basically too bad. No refunds? I was a member the year before, i had a medical emergency so i knew i would be out of service for a month. They did not care.

As a consumer, sent to this app by a travel agent, I’m less than impressed. I tried to create my account following their directions for user name and password 3 separate times with no success. The travel agent said she’d email them for help (help is apparently not available on weekends)
So I tried “forgot my password”, I was immediately sent a link to reset my password. I created a password which was acceptable and I signed in !!! Success!!
But no, when I tried to sign in a second time using my new password, my “details could not be authenticated” and access was denied.
Frankly it’s been a complete waste of time and left a very bad impression of the travel agency

Travefy.com is a mature system, particularly if you are a US tour operator. It's well-managed and performs as advertised, although it is clear that the site is more focused on US Tour Operators. Even with that, it still functions reasonably well for other markets.

But whereas the company seems nice and attentive when they're on the verge of making the sale, the experience takes a severe downturn after buying. They promise 1-on-1 training and support, which I believed was brilliant, but it doesn't work in practice. I tried to reach them a number of times via their provided email address (professional@travefy), but I never received any reply. Perhaps all the staff are out of work now because there is no reply.

If you are looking for a travel agency itinerary and automation system, Travefy may be suitable, but be careful about customer support. We prepaid the whole year of service and now we are trapped and cannot escape the system. It is disappointing, with no communication or follow-up.

We’re even considering pursuing legal action in the US, not for the money, but because of the deceptive practices and lack of customer service.

I would advise anyone to proceed with caution and weigh other alternatives carefully.
