Used this service for our wedding anniversary celebration. The team was professional and handled all logistics efficiently. Decorations were beautiful and the entertainment was fantastic. Guests complimented the seamless flow of the evening. Lost one star because some dietary restrictions weren't communicated properly to catering initially.

The travel documents provided were comprehensive and helpful. Only complaint is that one hotel wasn't quite the standard shown in photos, but still acceptable overall.

Several activities listed in the brochure were unavailable without prior notification. Staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive to guest needs. Food quality was subpar for what we paid.
