Very slow with a polish phone number instead of a french one.
Very slow almost no functioning network connection. Maybe because of a temporary polish phone number instead of a French one which I am used to when using this service. The last few times the service was very good!

Could not make phone data service work…
Could not make data service work in Peru.
To be fair, I did not try and contact Orange. I asked ChatGTP and tried all their basic suggestions without success. I have an iPhone 12. It indicated I was receiving a cell phone signal, but could only receive at text speed. I was on a tour and did not have a lot of time to investigate when I had hotel Wi-Fi service.

The biggest problem I have is that you asked me where I was traveling, I said Belgium, then you gave me a Polish number. I want a Belgian number!

The phone numbers provided with our eSIMs can be French or Polish and are randomly assigned. They are specifically designed for roaming services, so the country code of the number does not determine where the eSIM can be used or affect its ability to connect while abroad. We’re sorry this wasn’t clearer when you purchased your plan.
We’re also sorry to hear that the data information in the app was confusing. If your remaining data does not appear to update correctly despite you using the service, we’d like to investigate this as well.
