Supportive Customer Service: Responsive and helpful team, with seamless and honored refund processing.
Cons
Phone Number Clutter: Traveling through multiple countries can result in too many phone numbers accumulating on my eSIM.
Confusing Expiration Times: Expiration cut-offs (e.g., 8:00 AM, France time) can be highly confusing and stressful when navigating a travel day. Urgently purchasing a 1-day plan but failing to install it during the critical short time was also frustrating.
Unexpected Foreign Phone Numbers: Receiving a Polish number upon landing in Spain was confusing and required time to troubleshoot before it worked correctly from my phone settings.
Despite the initial confusion, I still recommended the service to a friend who is planning to walk the Camino de Santiago.

Orange doesn't care about its customers
Lack of easy communication once you have the eSIM. Hard to follow consumption.
The six-month limit to keep the eSIM is not based on usage but refill date, which is not clear when you refill
Mystery network disappearance. Had to call for reinitialization, whatever that means.
All these issues are non existent in other countries
