COMPLETE SCAM

I paid extra for a flexible ticket but when I wanted to change my flight, there was no email address or phone number. I filled in an online form (which mentioned paying 50 euros for the change, even though this was meant to be free) and they said someone would get back to me. 4 days later and multiple follow up emails sent replying to the confirmation email and still no response and my flight is tomorrow. The airline also won't let me change my ticket because it was booked by a third party so I'm going to have to buy another flight. COMPLETE SCAM, AVOID

Hye! Ive made a booking trip via skyscanner & it directs me to travel2be. Booking was guaranteed but money has already been charged to my card. Unfortunately I received an email stating that my booking is cancelled. When will I receive my refund? Will I be notified once the refund has been made? Why does my card being charged if the booking is not confirmed yet? Kindly check my booking ID 21152458 for your reference. Otherwise, I’ll be seeking an advice from European small claims court for this issue. We paid for more than RM19,000.00

I had booked a ticket from Travel2Be and came accross their terrible service.

I had booked a ticket from Travel2Be and my ticket shows my name has been incorrectly spelt. A letter 'A' has been deducted from my first name, making the ticket with a wrong name. I just want that letter A to be added so I can get my correct ticket. I have been contacting the customer service from 24 hours. No one picks up the call, no one replies to the mail. Terrible service.

I haven't received my flight tickets…

I haven't received my flight tickets yet with the PNR ,it's been 3 days already.My booking id is -21129232,when I called the airline they said the ticket is not confirmed yet ,I am really confused what to do now ,I am really stuck at the moment can't even book from other website and had to wait for the tickets , cancelling charges are also high
UPDATE - As promised ,I have received my flight tickets within 72 hours,Thanks travel2be for that .
However I have chosen my seats as well i.e 31 E and G and paid 20 pounds extra for that but the seats are not confirmed with the tickets and airline also said there is no seats booked with the tickets. Could you please confirm my seats please or else refund my money back

I booked a 500 EUR flight on their…

I booked a 500 EUR flight on their website 6 days ago.
Still no confirmation email, no ticket and the reservation only appears as pending on their website. I tried to call the paid local french number, as well as the international spanish number but no one responded (despite having to pay 20 cents/min.).

I sent a message through the website also without success or reply. I am starting to consider calling my bank and report the transaction as fraudulent. I am surprised they can still operate in Europe.

My girlfriend has booked a 3 flight…

My girlfriend has booked a 3 flight trip with you from Dublin to London, London to Doha and Doha to Kilimanjaro, her flight from London to Doha has been cancelled and your SCAMMERS haven’t done a thing to help her. She is incredibly upset, stressed and you pigs are ruining her holiday before it’s even begun. She’s contacted you several times “from the email which she originally booked from” as you asked her to, stated her confirmation ID number as you asked her to and she’s been hung up on multiple times on the phone by your incompetent staff. Now her Fathers legal team will be getting involved and they will be suing for damages. Mental and physical. EDIT : This generic nonsense reply is also what my girlfriend was given. She was placed on hold for phone calls and eventually hung up on, multiple times.

They do this in order to make it seem like they are tackling the issue when in reality all they are doing is pretending to offer “assistance” with no real aim in resolving the issue.

False advertising and didn't even receive my E-Ticket

I booked my flights with them. They were advertising $3795.62 but after I paid and I checked on my credit card. They charged me $4261.32! They even said that they are having discount for those who are using Master Credit and I am using Master Credit!!! What even worse is I didn't even received my E-ticket up till now (It's been three days). They hide all their contact on their website, you couldn't find them anywhere. I got all my transaction record from the bank with me and the screenshot of the price you were advertised. I want to have my E-ticket issued and the overcharges back. Else I will seek advice from European Small Claims Court for this if this doesn't handled well.

Update: I’ve received my booking reference from them. Now waiting them to sort out the overcharges.

I have tried multiple times to contact…

I have tried multiple times to contact travel2be - no one ever gets back to me. Worst customer service ever. I want to cancel my flights and find out how much that will cost but no one is even telling me that. Do not trust this company to fly with - no one will be able to help you if you need any assistance.

I have STILL not had anyone get back to me - it has now been two weeks of me emailing. When will u contact me? This is unacceptable customer service.

Very horrible and frustrating experience

[Ticket #4990373] BOOKING 20805486 SEATS - still waiting for my seats to be allocated

I have paid for my seats. They have not been allocated.

May 7: paid in full for tickets, seats allocation - received confirmation email promising guaranteed tickets and seats

May 10: received e-tickets WITH OUT seat allocation (I have paid additional for this)

May 10: sent out several emails to customer service and was ignored

May 11: posted review

May 12: got an email from customer service saying that they will resolve this and get back within the day

May 13 and 14: no response - totally being ignored again. And MY SEATS ARE NOT ALLOCATED!!!

May 15 and 16 - NO RESPONSE. MY SEATS ARE STILL NOT ALLOCATED

Today is 16 May and no one has gotten back to me nor have my seats been allocated. It only really takes a few minutes to do this so I'm not sure why you are dragging this process.

I need a proper confirmation before I can proceed with the rest of the itinerary.

As a travel agency, you should know the importance of this instead of customers chasing you to get something that we have paid for to be done.
