Travel2be is a scam and they have an…

Travel2be is a scam and they have an horrible customer care. I ve been wating for a refund for a flight canceled cause the covid last year (June 2020). They said thei submit the refund to the Aegean airlines.... and waiting for months... we called Aegean and they said travel2be did somehting wrong and they need to call Aegean. Then we call the customer care (that's a joke) of travel2be explaining that they need to call the airlines but the person on the phone kept abusing me that is not true and they don't need to call anyone and its teh aegean fault. Now we are stuck with no money and both customer care dont' give a f.... of their customers. SO we are apply for a dispute through the EU commission to get 500€ back.

Fake agency

This is the most bad experience in my life, I lost 800.-fr. I m still waiting to return back ma money but nothing, no answer no MONEY.

I give all documents and mail sending to my lawyer and we will see what happened!!!
