Trip to GEOREGIA with family.

Well everyone needs a vacation, an offbeat place of his or her own choice.
I and my family decided to go to Georgia.
The tour operator was Travel BEE.
Travel BEE gave proposed the tour itenary which was good one, I would say.

Travel BEE fixed the hotels (it was included in the offer).
Before fixing the rooms the requirement was not followed - even though the requirement was stated from my end.
Travel BEE was always in a hurry and didnot pay attention to details.
I reconfirmed the situation after much follow up and booked additional rooms for the proposed hotel.

You will be surprised to know that he changed the hotel without notice and after that reconfirmed that the hotels are correct.

The glitch was discovered when driver took to other hotel which was much lower standard.

Avoid this company. Happy to take your money and then they couldn’t be less helpful

Absolutely fantastic customer service Unfortunately our trip had to be cancelled we were informed on Friday and on Monday the money was back in my account. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Sadly my holiday to the Northern lights has been cancelled due to covid, however travelbee have been excellent and exceeded all expectations and we received our refund immediately, I shall definitely re book when all this has calmed down.

Just a quick mail to say thank you for helping with my wedding/travel plans, it all worked out very well and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect honeymoon/holiday, we enjoyed the teepee cabin, the wedding itself and the overall friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at Lainio Snow Village.
