An efficient and helpful service.
I had had trouble trying to find a flight to Athens from a convenient airport, at a good price and that didn't entail arriving or departing in the early hours of the morning.
I called Travel Center and spoke to Isaac Cooper who was so helpful and patient. After much searching he came up with several alternatives, one of which suited us very well. I would highly recommend this company.

The CSO by the name of Patrick is so helpful and knowledgeable. He always go out of his way to make sure we are happy with the service provided. Lost £600 with this company
Lost £600 with this company. Had a payment schedule and they kept asking for money outside of the schedule which made me nervous. Cancelled the booking due to that and lost all payments as they have a no refunds policy.
Ended up booking with the Internet traveller who were amazing. Just returned from the trip and everything went smoothly with them.
Don't use Travel centre in my opinion.

Following a full investigation, we found that our agent did not request any payments outside of your agreed payment schedule. The agent simply asked whether you would be able to make a scheduled payment earlier than planned to secure elements of your booking, while also making it clear that if you were unable to do so, this was absolutely fine and there was no obligation or pressure to make an early payment. Your booking would have remained unchanged had you continued with the original payment schedule.
We also understand your disappointment regarding the outcome of your cancellation. As explained at the time, your booking was cancelled in line with the cancellation policy and terms and conditions agreed to when the reservation was made, under which the payments were non-refundable.
We are sorry that we were unable to reach the outcome you had hoped for, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you all the very best for your future travels.
