We had a good experience and good customer service. We did initially receive the wrong color but they were responsive and replaced it immediately with the correct color ordered.

I absolutely love this stool! like to go outdoors to sketch and this is perfect - small, compact and with a shoulder strap that makes it easy to carry. It pops open with a snap and closes up easily. For me, this was a great purchase.
