I work with Travel Chaps and the details that they send to us, from knowing their customers and destinations, are so thorough and really thought-out. They always want to offer their customers the best holidays and push us to be able to offer this.

We had a fabulous experience booking our wedding and honeymoon to Mauritius with Travel Chaps. We were recommended by a friend who had book her Mauritius honeymoon with them, and I can totally see why.

Initially I thought about booking the holiday myself, but given we wanted it to be a multi-stop holiday AND we needed to include a wedding in the itinerary, I thought it would be less stressful if we enlisted some help. And I was right.

I had a couple of great calls with Ash at the start of the process, where he really listened to what we wanted from the trip, and gave some great advice off the bat. It really felt like he knew the island well. He planned a trip within our budget, and was really helpful with suggesting different options for us. I was also very pleasantly surprised with how much a wedding costs in Mauritius compared to London!

When it came to actually booking we had a lot of interactions with Matt, who bless the man put in so much time and effort. The amount of back and forth with dates and hotels and flights (we were attempting to book quite last-minute), he really bent over backwards to get us the holiday we were after. We were communicating him over Whatsapp, which made everything much easier from our end, and he was incredibly responsive. He helped answer all of our silly questions and was so accommodating when we were asking for the 100th change to the itinerary.

In the end we decided to delay until Spring next year, but we're so excited for it and so grateful to Ash and Matt. They have been friendly and wonderful but also incredibly professional throughout. The care they take is not just in the booking process, but they'll be getting in touch with us a few weeks (and then a few days) before we fly to make sure we're all sorted and to answer any last-minute questions.

Having only booked direct recently, organising a big family group trip to Disneyworld suddenly seemed daunting. Having met these guys before in a previous life, thought I would give them a try. Their recommendations were great and everything seemed so easy. They were always quick to reply to even the silliest question. We all had an amazing holiday - without any admin stress!
Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.

Where do I start with Ash from Travel Chaps? Up until this holiday, I've organised all holidays myself. These are mostly multi stop trips. Thought I'd let someone else do the hard work for a change and boy did I make the right decision. Here's the thing that makes these guys difference from any other travel agents. They've actually experienced the places they recommend. There's no way I'd have ever found the stunning accommodations that Ash booked for us during our South Africa trip. We wanted some city time, safari time and some golf/spa time. No request was too much. A few days later a full itinerary was done for us. Ash was literally just a whatsapp message away. Thank goodness as we had a little bump with our hire car the day we got it and Ash was there advising us what to do and called to make sure we were OK. Every place we stayed during our 2 week trip was quite simply exquisite. The private Pumba Private Game Reserve was the best experience I have ever had in my 50 years. This place should be 6 stars. If you're doing a safari, I'd highly recommend Pumba, rather than a National Park. Being private there's limited people around and the animals are so chilled out. Do yourself a favour and take the time and stress out of your next holiday and have these chaps organise it for you. Japan is next for us and I can't wait to see what they come up with. They've set the standards very high though lol

We booked our summer 2024 honeymoon to Mauritius with the travel chaps. They listened carefully to the type of holiday we were looking for and came up with some fantastic options for us to choose between. We ended up booking Mauritius at their suggestion and we had an absolutely perfect honeymoon. The hotel they suggested was amazing and they clearly had a good relationship with the hotel and were able to get us a great deal. They were also really flexible and let us add in another hotel for a few nights in another part of the island. They knew a lot about the locations they suggested and were able to advise us where would be best at that time of year. Their communication was fantastic and it was really easy to get all the information we needed. Their level of attention to detail was amazing. They organized the hotel to prebook restaurants for us so we didn't miss out on any and I even received a birthday card from them based on my birthdate in my passport. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely book holidays through them again.

Ash has been absolutely fantastic at helping us book our honeymoon. He took our brief, found a number of options and then presented them to us so that we could make our choice...... also secured us a price that we could not beat on line!
