This company customer service staff are t helpful at all and they even dont t have knowledge of airline luggage protection agreement .Rhey just want to sell the tickets and they do t care if the passenger is stranded in the transit so they are only motivated by profit .They might victimise me due to the review but I would like to tell the truth.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS TRAVEL AGENT. I am deeply regretful that i chose to by tickets from this place, all they told were LIES. Once again please be aware.
I do agree that the process of buying tickets were fine and I was told many advantages i would have buying the ticket,until i contacted their customer service... They say the exact opposite that they once told me and i ended losing £800. Please be careful.
They have been providing wonderful service since long time. Staffs are very supportive and informative as well. They can pick up the phone in the middle of the night and can sort it out the problem even at eleventh hour. I appreciate their effort and dedication towards their job and business , that's what we are loyal to Travel Console. Keep it up.
