Never an issue! I’ve worked with TDS for over 10 years and have always received fantastic service!

I’ve used Traveldocs several times and always loved their performance. This last time, they were slow to answer emails and texts and I was a bit disappointed. I figured it was all Covid related, and hope that is the case as I will need their services again in the near future. I trust that the excellence I’ve experienced in the past will be there again.

You never filed anything, kept my money, sent everything I sent you back to an address I won’t be at until a few days before I’m supposed to leave and told me I have to do the application myself because the Cambodian Embassy wouldn’t accept your agents email address. You have ruined my chance for getting a visa.

They took care of me on 2 separate occasions. They are reliable and dependable.

Visa came in 5 business days later
They answered the phone every time
And carefully exsplained everything I’m very happy I found them they made everything so much easier will use again !

Submitted documents for Visa application, paid for White glove service and expedited service at Afghanistan embassy. what was supposed to be a 5-7 days process took 4 weeks and put the status of a project behind. Had to end up emailing the CEO, PResident and Vice President of company to finally get visa approved and back.

Service is great, communication is alright

I wish they would have had the information about my visa while I was waiting for Fed Ex to deliver it (two days). When I called and asked about it, I was told they no longer had my documents do no information was available. Otherwise they were very good.

I love the assistance they provide and call to the profession of helping others get the official documentation required for travel. The only issue I have is that sometimes the orders aren't done within the 5 day period and it always seems to take 24 hours from when they've "shipped" my docs back to me until FedEx actually gets them.

Applying for visas from the Chinese embassy is a tricky business. These people know all the ins and outs, and were instantly available whenever I called them.

Overall, I would highly suggest using Travel Docs. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, their communication and efforts in ensuring your documents was timely considering the restrictions and new procedures surrounding COVID-19. I used the White Glove Service and I received great service, I will use Travel Docs every single time I need to apply for a visa, and for other matters. They are very clear in explaining what you need. I would say that I trust this service and if you are not sure which service to trust for this process, I would suggest you use Travel Docs.

I ordered two products from TravelDocs. The first, a second passport arrived in a timely manner. However, I had received an email from my "dedicated consultant" informing me that my submission was deficient and including the list of all documents that needed to have accompanied the original submission. I had included all of those documents and I never did find out what was lacking. As indicated, I got the second passport in a timely manner but I certainly didn't need the anxiety their email engendered.

More problematic was my application for a Russian visa. In my submission, I had requested (and paid for) "white glove" handling. I requested the visa by May 20, 2020. I received the return of my passport on April 1 with nothing other than the passport in the envelope. I couldn't find the visa so I called Traveldocs and was informed that a Russian visa is a "sticker"; a friend emailed me a copy of her Russian visa so that I could verify that I did not get a Russian visa. I did not receive the visa nor any explanation as to where it was and why Traveldocs had not kept my passport for an additional six weeks in case a visa would be forthcoming. I paid almost $600 for this "service" and didn't get so much as a post it explaining what had happened. I did send an email requesting an explanation. I'm still waiting for a reply to that email.

I paid for the white glove service. Yes, it was more expensive but it was worth it. Mr Ghoraishi assisted me throughout the process. He reviewed my application, found a few errors, assisted me in getting them corrected. I was traveling when my Visa was ready. Mr Ghoraishi held it until I returned and then Fed exed the next morning to ensure I would be available when it arrived.

While my timeline was not emergent but it was tight. I was kept informed throughout the entire process which greatly decreased my stress. I will definitely use this service again.

My Russian visa as promised! No issues.
