It was easy to get through to a customer service representative (no long wait, no excessive Chat Bot interference with connecting to a real person).
The representative I spoke with (Jo) was friendly, professional, and well-informed.
All in all it was an excellent experience!

Easy online claim process
Easy online claim process. After submitting additional paperwork that was requested our entire claim was paid out. We even got back the money we paid cash for and didn't have a receipt. Will use again 100%.
