Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service, use Royal Mail and do not guarantee delivery. Ordered my currency on a Monday, marked a specific date for delivery which was Friday and currency hasn't been delivered. Be aware of their small print - no delivery is guaranteed despite them advertising special delivery and when you contact them they simply reply with 'as per our terms and conditions'.

Don't use this company
We have ordered currency from travel fx and their chosen courier is royal mail. Royal mail delivered to the wrong address and now we are waiting to hear the outcome of a royal mail investigation.
Very very disappointed with this. We are going on holiday in a few days and travel fx will not give us a refund or send us new currency.
Our agreement was with travel fx and not royal mail.
Would not use this service again.

Honestly, I was skeptical initially but reviews speak for themselves and they are true and valid. I sold leftover euros and got the money in my account within a couple hours of them receiving the money through the post. I will be back!!

I sold leftover currency bought through a high street retailer to Travel FX. I posted the money at 1pm. They confirmed receipt at 10:30am the next morning and the funds were in my account by 11am. All in under 24 hours. Incredible. Received 18% more in return than selling back on high street.
