Booked 3 night stay in Krakow with visit to Auschwitz, which was our main reason for going.
Unfortunately I found communication lacking prior to trip and all done through WhatsApp, with myself having to chase constantly for verification on flights/ hotel etc. I kept asking for voucher for Auschwitz and this was delayed, cutting a long story short, was told week before we flew they couldn’t book the Auschwitz trip. Upset and annoyed as this was our main reason for going. All other trips there were sold out (however I did indeed manage to book one myself through Trip.com who I’d highly recommend). After a lot of WhatsApp messages, Grace booked us on the salt mine trip ( amazing and glad we did it). However I asked for compensation due to the upset and constant having to chase them, original booking agent Naomi had left which meant our booking also got forgotten sometime in this. Response for compensation- ‘why would we compensate you, we have booked you on the salt mine trip’.
Although everything ran smoothly, flights, hotel etc this was not without worry all the time. Would I use again? No. I would have been better off booking everything myself. Using the company was supposed to take the stress out of a trip- it didn’t and added to it.
Given 3 stars purely because flights, hotel and salt mine trip was good and the original person who booked it Naomi.

SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY ARE FAKE AS F do not use they are NOT real...... thieving Ba@#£@ds. Apologies but im PiS#d at them.... They don't send you an ATOL certificate they lie to you. NOT A REAL COMPANY...

Had a great experience with travel gates Julie was most helpful organising my family trip to krackow in December stress fee always got back to me when I had questions would definitely use for future trips again big thanks to Julie hopefully speak soon about summer thinking about a cruise
