I would like to buy your travel insurance but I cannot get past the Captcha's on your website.

Requested mailed copy of the policy, yet to receive it.

I have always bought my travel insurance with Travel Guard and they always send me my policies in time for my trip.

The website is straightforward with coverages and prices. We use Travel Guard for all our travel insurance needs every time we take a trip.

well I'm biased; I'm a medical case manager (MCM) for the Houston Office. Been here PT x 13 years and LOVE Travelguard... and what we offer our clients who are ill/injured globally; I "see" behind the curtain as to the wonderful handholding the whole teams gives our clients and what our med team offers also. SO I would never get my travel insurance any other place. I'm a FT Assistant Professor of Nursing but love my involvement of helping clients/familes who are now having to deal with a unplanned illness/injury..

Website is super easy to navigate.

I found the site confusing, vague, when it came to family members being covered. For me, it would have been incredibly valuable that, when I clicked I wanted coverage, the site would have said "great, your immediate family is covered too" OR, when perusing the additional family coverage, some verbiage that, again, the immediate family is already covered, would have been helpful.

I booked a hotel in advance and purchased Travel Guard coverage in case something changed, knowing that I would be protected. However, when the location of the event where my family was meeting changed, Travel Guard rejected my claim, stating it was not a valid reason. The review of my claim took a couple of weeks, but ultimately, it was denied.

I will not be using their services for my travel plans in the future.

You can i.prove! I've had really Shakey travel plans, but I'm back at it and your insurance isn't old fashioned at all It can keep up just like my love to travel insists! I'll get you in court if I have to! Please laugh at this point.

My daughter had to cancel her flight because of a
legitimate medical emergency. We purchased travel insurance specifically to protect us in situations like this, but when we filed a claim, Travel Guard refused to reimburse the $500
flight cost. We booked through Expedia and submitted a doctor's note
documenting the medical emergency, yet the claim was still denied. This has been an
extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
We paid for insurance expecting support when
an unexpected emergency occurred, but instead we were left with a
financial loss and no assistance. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Travel Guard.

You offer a number of coverage level options that helps travelers customize coverage to their needs.

They did not give me my money back cause I didn't go to the doctor. If I had a cold why do I need to go to doctor lol. I will never use travel guard again. This company sucks so bad

Easy to order. I have been getting the annual travel insurance for years now and thankfully haven't had to use it yet, so I cannot speak to how easy it is to use, but it's easy to buy!

We have used Travel Guard for all of our out of country trips. The purchase of the insurance is easy and straight forward. We have had two claims over the years, one for trip cancelation because of an earthquake in Morocco and one health related claim. Although Travel Guard requires detailed documentation they promptly paid the claims.

Terrible! Waste of money! My kids and husband got sick on our road trip so I tried to cancel our reservation at our hotel. They said we had to go thru this travel guard that I bought. Made a claim and they denied it because I didn't take my family to a hospital for the flu.... Why in the world would I bring my family to a doctor or hospital for a virus. Total BS! I will never buy this again. Just paid over $300 for not staying at a hotel cuz my family was sick. Total bummer and way to ruin the rest of our trip that was already ruined.

I have peace of mind knowing I have my trip cover for any inconvenience, Thanks good I didn't use it. A better review is going to be when ai need it, that is when I will know how good is having you as my protection.

Slow response to email and predatory pricing of premium

I’ve used Travel Guard several times in the past with satisfactory results. What’s important to me is the underwriter, which is in this case are AM Best rated AAA+ companies. The website was easy to use and to complete the purchase. I did compare the different policies and found Travel Guard was best for our trip. Just don’t know what will happen away from home, Travel Guard provides a level of comfort knowing there is help when something happens.
