Booked a good value direct flight London Singapore and received a quick call back to say the flight was not direct and would not be available at that price as per comments by other reviewers, but it was for a flight with stop overs. At this point I cancelled as they couldn't provide my flight. The company did not charge my credit card, but I will be watching my credit card to ensure there is no unusual activity.

Be careful before you book tickets with them!
I made a flight booking from UK to India in Sept 2024. After one month, the agent called saying that the airline cancelled the tickets and promised full refund. Still waiting for refund!! This agent will simply spoil your vacations and waste your valuable time chasing them for refunds. How come UK Government allows such agents to do business in UK? Till now no apology or refund provided.

I had recently booked flights for my family. I was helped by Steve and I found him super helpful in understanding my requirements and offering me the best flight options. His responses over the phone and as well as email were timely and clear.

They promoted a flight to Thailand at a fair price. After I paid, I got no verification nor the tickets. After chasing them they said their tickets had been sold out already, but they had the perfect tickets for us for double of the advertised price.

They tried to push me to pay extra which I've obviously refused and asked for a refund. They said they would refund me in a week.

When I told them if they don't provide the service they can't hold my money, I need it to book "a proper" flight. They just said sorry this is the procedure, bla bla bla.
Now they sitting on my money so I can't use it, and have no idea when will they properly refund me (if they do and I don't have to bring it to the court)

Avoid them at any cost!

would not recommend using this company. I booked a flight in 2020 and decided to reschedule due to the COVID-19 restriction. I was told I had until August 2022 to reschedule a booking. I finally decided to request for a refund they said they were unable to refund me. Eventually after sending them a letter of notice before court escalation the company finally agreed to a refund. Bearing in mind in June I tried to book a flight before my expiry date to find out that I was given an incorrect voucher code. No staff was able to assist me with my case because it was assigned to one particular person. I will call for Tyler and Olivia and I’ll be told that they will call me back. After a while I was able to get through to Tyler he said he will request my refund with AirFrance. It’s been more than two months, I will call and ask to speak to a manager and I will be told someone will call me back but no one does. Eventually I picked up the phone to call AirFrance yesterday and they said the refund was sent a while ago.

Listen to avoid disappointment DO NOT book with this airline. The customer service is appalling, the staff are incompetent. They also change their names although your speaking to the same person. They lack integrity as a company. Till now I have no spoken to a manager it’s been nearly two years.

Although they provide cheap flights - it’s not worth it if you want to cancel or postpone your trip. The cost of living is soaring, things are getting expensive and all I demanded was a refund.

0/10 would not recommend. They all use fake names and alias!

I was able to secure a ticket through Darry with less hassle. After paying for tickets, he told me it would take about 3-4hrs, but within an hr of payment I received my ticket.

Deceiving website.

I've just booked my flight to Cairo through their website and have paid for it and received a confirmation email that the payment was successfully taken and 10 min later received a call that my flight is not existed and shall expect a refund in 7 working days. What a loads of rubbish.

I’ve bought a return flight to Bangkok for 2 adults and 2 children using Ezee flights site. I made a mistake registering my 12 year old as a child but according to the site she’s an adult. Rachel phoned me after I made a transaction. She informed me about my error but she couldn’t book the same flight and change kid’s ticket for adult’s ( don’t ask me why, no idea).
Rachel had a word with her manager and gave me a call a day after. She offered me a flight with another company. I had to pay extra £ and I agreed as the departure and arrival time worked well for us. All in all it was ok price. Rachel was patient and answered all my questions.

Rachael helped me with my booking. I found them on the momondo website and called Ezee flights. Rachal was extremely patient and so supportive. They are trustworthy. I will recommmend
