As my originally booked tickets with JET airways was cancelled; I found Travel Jockey unexpectedly while Googling for tickets to India, although sceptical I thought I would give them a try and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Got a fairly good deal in a short time. I certainly would recommend them. they may need to improve a little bit; but they have definitely delivered.

My confirmed return leg was cancelled due to a problem with the booking and the airline cancelled the ticket. Initially Travel Jockey tried to pass it off as the Airline being overbooked, but I went to Delhi Airport and was told the truth, that due to some booking admin issue the airline had cancelled the ticket.

I had to travel back 3 days later and miss out on work and extra hotel costs. I am £1370 our of pocket as a consequence of the delay. I have complained to Travel Jockey and asked for a refund, and they have ignored and not replied despite a reminder. I shall not be using them ever again.

Steve was my ticket agent and he was very honest man. He helped me to get the right ticket and I never had any hazzles. I would strongly recommend this agency and Steve is an excellent agent. Thank you.
